I was concerned about purchasing Samsung due to historical negative reviews, but this washer has been great. I did purchase the warranty as I feel was a great investment for a major purchase. Heavy duty, quick wash, and delicate are my favorite features of the machine. Looks nice and has a huge deep tub!

We thought it was broken when it needed to be reset because a large load got it off balance. However, you need to wait... a long time... for this to reset. It would have been nice if the manual would have let us know to wait 15 minutes while it fixes itself! Still love the product.

It is too deep (unless you have long arms) and is hard to reach the things on the bottom. Purchased 16" tongs to grab the unreachable items and solved the issue. Suggest the vendor to sell this kind of tongs with the washer...

We love love love this washing machine and dryer and we are extremely happy when we wash clothes it smells great I love the adapter inside that you push the button and you’re able to rinse your hands or anything you need to rinse it’s awesome
