The various cycles allow our tenants options between 50 cents and a dollar fifty based on the cycle time. If they try to underpay for a load, the washer locks the lid until more money is inserted. The cycle then picks up where it left off.

Keep the error trouble shooting page nearby your unit because you're definitely going to need it from time to time. If you use the specialty functions or just like the look, this washer is a great choice. I kind of wish I just purchased a "dumb" washer so there would be fewer things that can go wrong.

This is not your grandmothers machine

This has so many features and is not as user friendly. Younger people who love to read instructions and are very techy may absolutely love this. Do not buy this for your grandmother without spending a month or so to explain how to use. Certain instructions only apply to certain load settings. Also you have to fool the machine in order to get just the right amount of water, as it weighs your load and only send the water it thinks it needs. By soaking the clothes making them heavier it will add more water. But wait not too soaked or it will give a ton of water. You cannot just open the lid to feel temperature of the water while it is in process as the lid locks. It is a pretty looking machine and I hope my wife adjusts to it in the next couple of years.
