Definitely the newest style of washer we’ve ever bought. So many different functions to choose from and we hardly ever do anything but the default cycle.

Worked perfectly for 1 year!

Only two days after the manufacture warranty expired, error msgs stating 'unbalanced load' began to arise (small load), followed by constant beeping, setting dial turning but not registering changes, or touch screen buttons not working unless the machine is unplugged from the wall 3 maybe 4 times over the course of 20 minutes. Samsung stated since the product was no longer under warranty, they could send the technician out to fix the issue for $150. Technician came and pressed 2 buttons which ran a recalibration and less than 2 months later; same thing.

A must to have a working washer and dryer. She absolutely loves it and says it has been a lifesaver :)

I am very disappointed that almost every cycle on this machine takes longer to run than my old washer (Whirlpool Cabrio 10+ years old). It gets stuck very often due to items becoming “unbalanced”. This has occurred with all load sizes and some times we are unable to get it to continue even after repositioning multiple times. Very unhappy with this purchase.
