This washer is great. It has so many cycles and I love being able to scrub a little stain right there in the tub! It also has a feature to let you know when the cycle has stopped. Perfect for those of us who forget the laundry in the washer and have to re-wash. No more re-washing for me!

Unfortunately I can't recommend this washing machine, it started off pretty good but right around the 1 year in we still having issues. It started leaving residue behind, dirt and started making the clothes smell bad. We followed all the instructions and did regular self cleans even prior the washing asking it needed. We tried everything we read online from cleaning with bleach, vinegar and nothing seemed to help. No one in the house works in construction or anything that would make the clothes super dirty(I work in a cleanroom so no issues there) Multiple in home visits didnt, tech would saying it just needs a clean mostly, one did replace a part with nothing helping. Finally one decided to have the washer taken apart and the inside of the washer had lots of build up, as if it had been used in 10 + years, tech couldn't believe it was only 1 year old. That finally got a us a replacement but now we are in the same cycle opening more service request. I know people before also mention if the drain line was not installed properly but 2 plumbers latter everything is fine on that side too.

This is the best washer I have eve had! It washes my clothes without tearing them up! It has a speed wash cycle that does a whole wash cycle in 30 minutes and the clothes come out spotless clean. It spins my clothes so dry that it takes half the time to dry them.

Gave my LG, which I did love to my son just because the washer drum was too deep for me. Purchased this for the fact that it's not so deep and I don't have to stand on my tip toes and practically fall in to reach to the bottom to retrieve a sock or other articles of clothing.

Great dryer. Multiple cycle offerings. Clothes come out dry (have to do some additional dry tune for bulkier items which is to be expected). Love the quick dewrinkle cycle and steam refresh. Great for quick refresher between dry cleanings for dress shirts.

Love the washer. It has a very large tub. So large I have to dry my clothes as two loads. I wish I had more control over the water level and I wish we could adjust the time it takes to do a load ourselves . But besides that the washer is great...

Very pleased with my new washer. Once I figured out all the settings and cycles--yes, I did read the booklet--I am content. The capacity has reduced 10 loads a weed to just 5 loads a week. We have very soiled loads (husband is a farmer) to very lightly soiled, delicate loads. All come out clean!

Your store employee (salesperson) was fantastic. Your delivery men were outstanding getting the new refrigerator into an older home with smaller doorways. Great job all around. Friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience.

This is a good washer but I still prefer a front loading one. One thing I have noticed is that the clothes, towels, sheets, etc. aren’t always completely covered during the wash cycle. They are resting above the rest of the items that are washing in the water below. I’ve also noticed that if I wash any dark cotton clothing, I can’t use fabric softener or it leaves a white film all over them, even when I push the fabric softener button. I have to do an extra rinse in this case. I don’t care for how long some of the wash loads take either. Some are close to two hours! Front loaders move the clothing around much more effectively and I believe get the clothing cleaner whereas washers like this without an agitator just keep the clothing in the same position making me wonder how clean the clothing is really getting.

It has been running great after it got broken in with temperature and pressure changes, however initially there was a problem with a valve holding water. I just keep crossing my fingers that it wont be something else.

So far (2 months), this has been a great washing machine. It is large, which I love! It can hold king size bed blankets and comforters and has a deep fill option. The black coloring of the machine definitely shows dust though, which is annoying trying to keep it clean all the time.

We’ve had the washer for 2+ weeks now. We have nothing but kudos and compliments for it. It was a very good value for the $$ spent.

It works ok with small loads. With blankets and bedding it always has big spots that aren’t getting cleaned. I wish I could return it back and get something else. Don’t make the same mistake I did and go off the reviews very unsatisfied with the equipment

Really nice washer. Has settings for all your different loads. Gets clothes clean and spins them pretty dry, making drying time even less. Delay feature is nice if you put clothes in and someone is in the shower, can start it for you later.

First Samsung washer we’ve owned. The tub is large with several settings yet you can still customize. You’re able to have a deep fill and there is a water spout to spot scrub stains. Love the “musical” cycle over instead of a loud buzz. This is the best washer we’ve owned.

This washer uses a lot of water on all wash cycles except for the Quick wash cycle. It takes at least an hour or longer. If you are shorter than 5'8" tall, then get a step or foot stool so you can reach inside to take out the cloths. It does wash the cloths clean.

I bought this washer believing it would be an excellent product to go with it dryer counter part but definitely disappointed. Its not the best at washing heavy loads but still gets the job done good enough for me to not mind packing it a little lighter each session.

ALTHOUGH I HAVE NOT HAD PRODUCT VERY LONG THUS FAR I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. I LIKE THE ABILITY TO SET THE PRE- WASH (NOT SURE IF THAT'S WHAT IT IS CALLED BUT IT IS USEFUL PRIOR TO WASHING CLOTHES. TOOK A BIT TO FIGURE OUT THE BUTTONS BUT HAD IT DOWN IN NO TIME. I LIKE BOTH THE WASHER AND DRYER.

I love the QUIET. I Love the soap, bleach and rinse dispencers...no more spilling bleach to reach over the clothes in the washer!!! I hate how long it takes to wash...SOME loads over 2 hours!!!

The laundry gets clean really well with this washe. The load times are a bit longer than our old washer but when paired with the Samsung dryer it more than makes up for it because the spin cycle takes out most of the water which makes the drying time a lot less.
