Good washer but did notice that some of my clothing ended up with holes after a couple months of use. It might have been due to the clothes getting caught up in the basket.

Saw the washer dryer pair at Sam's but they were sold out. BB price matched and I'm very happy with the purchase. The washer is very large and many settings. Love how it senses the amount of laundry and automatically sets the water level.

Bought it from Best Buy. Installation crew brought it in, installed in just 30 minutes and removed the old broken washer. It works quietly without excessive vibration. So far, no problems. We are very happy with this product.

This purchase was to replace a unit that had repeated issues such that replacement was necessary. Hoping this one will not be as problematic. Too soon to tell. Glad I had extended warranty and made sure to purchase on this one as well.

Get close cleans...long settings..finger prints come off easy with a wipe. Get protection assistance for product as it appears there have been issues in past., doesn’t hold a lot of softener and identifying tags come off easy.

I am absolutely loving this washer. I was concerned because it doesn't fill up with water like my old washer, but it's "smart" and conserves water. My clothes are clean and I've noticed old stains being removed. Loving it!

So far I like it . I have had it for 2 weeks. The down side is I do like to have a bit more water so I tend to use the deep fill alot. And it is time consuming to wash. But so far all clothes are getting clean and it is working great.

I love my new washing machine. This was my first time purchasing one so I did a little research and I love Samsung items- and it did not disappoint. I love that it plays music to remind me that it is done.

love my new washer, Like that I can rinse items right there at the machine instead of lugging items back and forth. So far so good, I have already gotten error codes but I guess that is just the machine doing it's job!

Much louder than our last Samsung washer. Otherwise, it gets the job done. I LOVE that they have made the drum less deep. My husband is the laundry guy, and he's short. He no longer has to stretch to get everything out.

Would love to be able to use my washer (or the dryer we got with it) but they delivered it with corrosion and rust damage (even though it was supposedly straight from the manufacturer). Trying to get it replaced they says its several weeks before we can get anything to replace it, which is in direct contrast to the "end of the week" we were quoted when they took the washer back. So now we are without a washer, have an expensive paperweight of a dryer, and BestBuy CS not doing anything.

Good Quality Washer and has good tub space to fit all your load. Only minor issue is after the washer cycle is done the mist on the lid holds up there, wish there was some way to drain into easily

repl a 20 year old kenmore unit checked reviews and this model i was looking at rated well had it installed in nov 2020 have had no issues just takes a little time to learn all the new features compared to my old washer.

The Deliver guys did an awesome Job!!! They were very courtous and informative about the product they delivered. They took all safety precautions and they were hear when they stated they would be arriving. Very impressed!!!!!!

Washer depth is easy to reach bottom of drum. Water consumption is great. Controls are easy to use once you get used to them. Read the manual first or you may end up with a several hour load like our first experience.

Great washing machine!!! Loves that it has a built in water spout so when you are trying to get a stain out you can push the button inside the tub and get water instead of going to the sink. I would definitely recommend this to a friend for sure!

I was told this washer would fill with water to cover clothes unlike some washers which do not and the clothes look the same and folded the same when you remove them to the dryer. So this one has deep fill, which still does not close to fill up to top of clothes. I watched the whole washing, and never filled up, clothes stay in exact way they were loaded. Can’t find a manual way to fill higher. Also during it’s agitation, it sounds like the gears are grinding. Loud. Glad I got the protection plan just in case. Not a great machine.

Bought this about 6 weeks ago and love it. Washes clothes fast and still cleans very well. With two kids the quick wash and active wash come in handy.

Made this purchase at the beginning of the year and I love it. It is super big and I don't have to take my comforters to the laundry mate. Very large and I love the color on it.
