Great Product !! I replaced my other dryer with this top load dryer which was not fitting in my laundry room. I am overall happy with my purchase, I am happy that I chose this model. Easy installation and use.

Had a previous samsung several years before. It was same model but sold it when sold house. Got new house so had to get another washing machine because it is quiet and worked great.

This machine is a great machine! The wash bin is huge and fits a lot of laundry in. It also has a pre-rinse and a rinse and spin setting as well. The space I have does not have a door so I love the look of these machines.

Very nice washing machine. This was our first washer that didn't have the center agitator. I was a little skeptical, but the design works great and it uses less water than conventional design washers

I bought this in August 2021. As of July 2024 it almost fails during every load, heavy or small. It keeps getting error codes UB / UR. No matter how I arrange the clothes. Luckily I have a home warranty that I can call to come and hopefully fix this junk.

Love this washer the buying experience was pleasant, my sales rep Gio was awesome and professional, his manager was great will do business again and I recommend this washer to anyone looking for style and quality.

Good washer upgrade from the side loader we had. Although i notice the clothes dont come out as dry as my Samsung side loader washer.

It is a wonderful washing machine. They will enjoy it for years. I am a Samsung fan. I have a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas cooktop. Unfortunately they don’t make a 24” built oven so I had to get another brand from Best Buy

This washer is so easy to use. I love the detergent dispenser and the many cycles to choose from. I did not realize it would hold so much laundry and clean it perfectly. It was a great buy for us.

Washer works as advertised. The only issue we had was the warehouse damaged the side of the washer. We’re waiting for the replacement to be scheduled for delivery. Install team did a great job.

By far my favorite surprise after buying this washer was that it sings to you when it’s done! Otherwise it is a pretty good appliance. The bottom is a bit deep for us shorter people, but it fit in nicely with the dryer we already had.

Love this machine. Only thing is that when you are using fabric softener it adds at least 40 minutes to the cycle.

Love this new washer, our previous one was about 10 years old. It has taken some time to get used to all the different features available but has definitely enjoyed it so far.

Insisted on washer with no agitator. Huge tub but easy to reach contents despite my short stature. Many settings options. Does a really good job cleaning even the biggest loads. No problems with vibration.

Just purchased. Love the size... I am able to wash bedding with no issues. I'm not used to how long it takes to do wash but my clothes definitely come out smelling nice and clean!!

Exchanged another washer for this washer due to the fact that this has a spin selector. I like to spin as high as possible to remove excess water and cut back on drying time.

Washer works really well, I couldn’t ask for a better washer. I would mention that if you are short (I am 5’5”) I would get a smaller drum, I cannot reach the bottom, but I manage ;)

this washer and dryer are the finest machines that I have had the opportunity to purchase and use in a long, long time. I would recommend them without hesitation to my friends and neighbors.

Wash as expected. Wash times are a bit long, have to get use to the small amounts of water used in these new waters. There is a deep fill option however, if feel you need more water in the machine.
