Front load washer took a dump and couldn’t get rid of the mildew smell from the washer that happened after a couple of years of use. Going back to top load and see if the mildew smell ever appears.

To date I have not had any issues with the washer whatsoever! I feel really good about this purchases! Love the options and configuration abilities for different types of washing.

LOVE this washer. The no agitator provides much more space. Love the quick wash function for those forgetful times and when you need items in a rush.

Excellent washer and dryer set! Delivery also went very smooth.

Only downfall is that one of the selling points what that the Tun wasn’t so deep, & it seems the same to me. Overall great washer with great features

So far, I love my Samsung washer. The black stainless steel is beautiful and is an excellent addition to our white cabinets and matte black accessories. My Fiancée is in love with her appliances.

This washer has been a real joy to use and the results have been as promised. We will have a greater measure with hoped for longevity, but the near term experience could not be better.

Our last washer dryer set lasted 14 years and we expect nothing less from this one. Our daughter has the sam set as does our best friends Ann we all love them.

I really like that I can control the water level. I like the deep fill option. The spout is handy as well for stain treatment . . . no need for a utility sink!

We've been using the washer for a year now and never had any issue. I love the different setting for the variation of clothes or linens that you need to wash. Great value!

This washer is amazing. Very high tech and im still figuring out the buttons and what everything does. BUT it cleans great and I love having such a large drum

For "smart tech" it is really dumb... Examples, you can not pause and change a setting, (less heat or what have you), it drains shuts down and completely restarts? "Deep fill" fills to the same depth if you have 3 pair of socks only or all the bedding off a king bed in it ? In general, about is good as you can expect from a washing machine designed by the Federal Congress I suppose; (And today they all are mandated to be this way by Congress)???

I love it!! Everything About this washer. It took me about 2 hours in the store to decide which washer I wanted to purchase! It was well worth the wait and headache and debate! Love it !!!

I love this washer. Everything in my house is samsung. It may not have every option available but it has more than enough. All the settings are great. Perfect washer

nice size does alot havnt used all features yet the thing hardest for me in reaching to the bottom to get the small items out so i got a cheap reacher to get clothes out.

Quiet and amazing, I can wash clothes in the room next to the master bed room and fall asleep. Or watch a TV show with out having to crank up the volume.

I was wary of buying a washer with fancy electronics. Love the in-tub spout for pre treating. Seems great in the 1st month of use. Not sure why a clean cycle is needed, but it makes sense.

So just moved to my new home, of course my dryer stops working. I did research and loved the portion of steaming with this dryer and washer. No brained love my washer and dryer

This washer is perfect for small or large loads. I love that even if you leave a load sitting for a while, the machine will give it an occasional rinse and spin so they don't just sit wet.
