It worked great for a year and a half. Now there is a problem with the spinning that I am currently trying to figure out. I do wash about 1-2 loads of clothes a day but have been very careful to not overload the machine and take care of it. So for it to be not even 2 years is very dissapointing.

Returned 1st day because Dryer was bad

Plus this Washer is too tall to fit under our cabinet to open the door. To open the door, we moved the Washer out a few inches which caused us to need a ladder to get into the cabinet. Another issue was the depth of the tub requires a shorter 5'5" lady to need heels to reach the bottom.

Absolute trash!

I don't know how there are so many positive reviews, or if I got a lemon, but this washer is absolute trash! I purchased this washer last year and I sold it yesterday to someone I don't really like very much. I had to tend to every load every 10 to 15 minutes or so to untangle the jumbled, knotted mess more intricate than a boy scout could accomplish. On top of that it only has an RPM of 750 so it doesn't wring the clothes out very well at all. They come out still practically dripping, so then it takes 3 hours in the dryer, which you also have to tend to every 10 minutes because it ties everything in knots too. I upgraded to a GE front loader set that I absolutely love!

For the first several months, operation of the washer and dryer worked great, then the dryer began squeaking loudly so we can no longer run the dryer during the night (our preference) as the squeaking is heard in all three bedrooms. Without the squeaking, I would have given 5 stars.
