Does a great job of cleaning clothes, even with super heavy loads. The downside is that the plastic piece on which the lid sits cracks and ultimately breaks. I have had it replaced once (under warranty), and now I'm going to have to have another service call to replace it because it's broken again. I am a huge Samsung fan and use many of their products, but this washer (really just where the lid sits) is made of cheap plastic. I really can't believe they actually sold this product like it is.

Ok but not worth extra money

But I had a much cheaper Samsung washer and dryer and think they performed better. Since I liked the cheaper model, I thought I’d really like the more expensive ones. But I don’t think it does any better job. So I would not waste money on the upgrade, especially the dryer. I can’t adjust the dryer temps because they are factory set.
