Got it on sale in July, but deferred delivery until we closed on our new home. Had this delivered two weeks ago. The first washer that was delivered had an issue while the drum was turning. Sounded like something was loose. Called customer service to have it replaced. A week later, the second one came in and was installed without any issues. This one has been working out great. It sounds much better than the first one that was delivered. There's plenty of space in the washer to clean clothes for a family of four. No major complaints or concerns!

This is a pretty decent washer. It gets clothes wet enough to get them clean, even on bulky loads, and doesn't leave detergent residue. It does have the same balance issues all non-agitator washers have, but not too bad. You can definitely fill it at least 3/4 with clothes and be ok, just maybe not something heavy like towels. I have had this thing for about a year, and the only times it has gotten unbalanced were with an overstuffed load of towels and with one of those woven cotton blankets that soaks up a gazillion gallons of water. Thankfully, unlike my old LG, this Samsung doesn't solve the problem by dumping water on it for hours on end. It gives up after a few minutes, pops up an error code and waits for me to come check on it. A couple of FYIs: *The bedding cycle takes something like 2 hours, which is NUTS, so I just put it on the normal cycle with hot water. I can't tell a difference. *I turn down the spin cycle to medium (3 bars) on most cycles. The high spin is just too rough for my lady clothes, and it makes them extra wrinkly. Medium spin gets clothes dry enough; they certainly aren't dripping. *If you use pods, pull out the soap dispenser after a load so it can dry out. A surprising amount of water pools in there. *Yes, the song at the end is loud, annoying and unnecessarily long. Crazy long. 28 notes long. I can't run a load while my kids are sleeping. It should be loud or long, not both.

Love my washer. It's only been a little over a month and it is still running perfectly quiet. IT sings when it has completed it tasks. And it tells you when anything is not right...like an unbalanced load that it cannot rectify on its own. No banging...it just stops turning and sings & let's you come an correct the problem. In the past, I had machines that use to bang it way to a disastrous end to the machine. Not this one. In addition there is a short cycle which last 30 mins for those loads that you need now.

Perfect for the price, effective, and easy to use. This was our first time ever purchasing appliances and we are so happy with them.

I LOVE THIS MACHINE! I load it, add my detergent, dial my choice of fabrics, and hit the start button. it tells me how much time it will take to have my clothes ready for the dryer. It does a great job spinning the water out which takes less time in the dryer. It washes my king size comforters with little effort. I also put my floor rugs in the wash. I hang these on the line and it doesn't take any time to dry. I hope to add the Samsung Dryer to my laundry room soon!

I've had this washer for 2 years now so I can give it am honest review. This washer is beautiful, I love the black color it has a modern look and I love the technology that comes along with it. My favorite thing about this washer is the size. It's huge, you can wash an extra large load and it comes out pretty clean, however I prefer smaller loads because the matching dryer doesn't dry so well, but that will get its own review. One thing I don't like is that the spin only cycle does not spin only. It actually rinses then spin. This was not useful because I had an item (comforter) that needed the excess water removed and it kept adding water when I chose the spin only cycle. I didn't notice this until after 1 year and by then it was past the standard warranty period. This brings me to the second thing I don't like, the washer doesn't wash large or thick comforters well. Even when using the bedding cycle, the comforter takes in too much water, which makes the load unbalanced, then the washer stops with an error because the load is unbalanced. This makes washing our comforters pretty difficult and it's so tempting because the washer holds such a large capacity. Sometimes we just them to the laundromat, but they are far and few nowadays. I can still give the washer a good rating because for everything else that we use more frequently works well.

This Washer has been working great. It's pretty quiet and does a good job of getting the cloths clean. And it looks good in the laundry room.

So far I am happy with my Samsung washer machine. It takes a little getting use to the changes in the set up of load and water selections but now I love this machine! I especially like the option of “deep fill” when I want plenty of water in the load of items so I know it is really getting cleaned! I did plenty of research shopping before choosing this machine. I initially was thinking of the white but the black is so pretty I said “go for it, you have to see it every day, might as well enjoy seeing a pretty machine.”

I had this washer over a month and I really enjoy the ease of use, how clean clothes seem compared to old washer, and just how cool it looks in my laundry room.

This is so far the best machine I have had. It runs much quieter than I thought it would. The price was decent, too.

We got it at a great price at the Best Buy outlet and are pleased with the operation of the washing machine, definitely quieter then our previous one.

I like the large capacity. I can easily wash king sized bedding and bathroom rugs and towels in one load. It’s also very quiet.

This washer is awesome. It’s incredibly spacious and efficient. Clothes wash perfect and the machine is really quiet. :) I’m a happy customer.

Quiet and with great capacity, does the job and a dozen other things I may never use, but they're there anyway.

The difference between this new washer and our old one is night and day. Our clothes have never looked so clean. Unbelievable how quiet it is too.
