Outstanding features, very upscale with proven ability to wash a variety of items with a number of options. Clothes smell sanitized, colors remain vibrant, whites are brighter. Epic washer!!

This washer looks fancy and has huge capacity, but that all goes for nothing when it doesn't wash the clothes you put in it. That washer DOES NOT have the ability to pull the actual clothes under the water. They just sit on top of the water with an air bubble in them and get half washed. The wimpy jets and weak churning motion of the tub does nothing to actually pull the clothes under the water to wash them. VERY Disappointed in this washer for $800 it should be able to wash one jacket or small throw blanket. Unfortunately, it cannot. I tried all different cycles and even put it on deep water setting for one jacket and wasted a ton of water just to see if it would submerge and wash the coat. NOPE! Attached a GIF of the washer cycling with jacket just sitting on top doing nothing. This was on a Heavy Wash cycle with deep fill option selected. It was only ONE coat in washer, this washer just cant do it. Horrible.

This is the first new washer and dryer I have ever purchased. This set is awesome! Clothes are extremely clean in short amounts of time and the dryer is efficient and fast! My greasy restaurant clothes don’t have a chance with all the wash options! And it sings to you when the cycles are complete. Perfect.

Not much to say, it gets the job done, and I like the way the washer looks.

Very impressed and very pleased with the purchase of this wash machine and dryer set. High quality, ample cycles with the ability to customize. Very quiet and very little vibration. With the laundry room door closed you don't even know they are running. The wrinkle prevent alarm and the wrinkle away options are great. Highly recommend the steam option models.

Absolutely love my new washing machine! Not a big fan of the plastic feet. One broke in the first week but Best Buy had me a new one installed in a week. My favorite features are the deep fill and the express wash for those last minute things I need now. Our clothes always come out smelling and looking clean.

This the best washer I ever owns in my entire life! I even found reason to use even for small loads! It’s so quiet and the washer sings to you a very nice melody to let you that it’s done! It’s doesn’t hurt that it looks very good and matches all of my Samsung appliances and TV’s

I like everything I bought from the store well the big tv has taken some getting use to cause of how clear the picture was. My sales lady was awesome very helpful and patient went me. The only bad thing was my delivery I was told they would put the washer and dryer in the house and they didn’t.

I am overall satisfied with this purchase, no issues or complaints. I am happy that I chose this brand.

I love my new washer. It has been doing a very good job on my laundry and looks good at the same time. Would recommend this washer.

Still trying to learn the basics on this, but so far so good. I love this machine. It just goes it's own thing which makes life easier.
