I bought this Samsung pair as my laundry went out, mainly because it fit my space well and they were available quickly. They are nice looking and have steam features which I wanted. So far they clean well. The only negative is that they are bit loud, more so than I thought they’d be. I had some front loafers in an old house which were much more quiet.

Love this washer! You set the type load you want. Add your washing products, clothes, etc. The machine weighs the load. Adds the right amount of water and sets the perfect time for the load. The washing time may be a little longer than you are used to but your clothes come out clean! Even the dirtiest, grungy clothes!

I read some bad reviews after I purchased. So far it's working good. It has lots of buttons and settings. It took a while to figure out. Friends helped with advice on how to use it. Had to find out how to get the tub to fill all the way with water to clean better. You can't open the lid after the cycle starts. It's going to take some getting used to.

Very quiet and efficient machine. Super speed comes in handy also.

Went in and saw Beverly who quickly located the perfect washer to replace our 15 year old one. The price was truly "Best Buy" and the Geek service bringing to my home and installing it was outstanding! They removed my old washer also in minutes. The washer was delivered early. The washer works just so quietly an does a great job washing.

I’ve owned mine for 3 months and the only issue is the worthless promise of controlling machine with your phone. It’s load capacity is huge and I’m hoping having a higher end machine means more efficient cleaning. It looks really cool and modern. I purchased on sale where they were about $600. I don’t think this machine is worth full price.

There are so many good things to say about this product. I bought the washer and dryer set together about a week ago and it has been nothing short of incredible. The multiple functions, the sleek look, and the low noise level has made me really happy with my purchase. I will definitely be recommending this to others.

so quiet compared to my old washer, I checked multiple times to make sure it was running! Price match within a week of purchase was nice as well. Barbara made sure I was aware if it before I left the store. She is great at customer service and knows her stuff! Just learning all the options it has... really like being able to do a speed cycle.
