Stainless Steel inside and stong body.. Not to noisy at all and when it spins it doesn't shake everything like most do and it gets your clothes clean and smelling good.Mercedes spent enough time finding me the best machines within my budget and making sure I had enough to get my protection plan.

It's elegant looking, with dark charcoal colored, smodge-proof finish. It's efficient, energy-savimg, and effective in cleaning our clothes. Love it...so quiet, too. Very happy with this choice and the purchase and highly recommend it.

Clothes come out clean and almost dry. So far so good. We have gone thru 2 whirlpool cabrio machines. They both lasted only about 5 years each. last one was still running but got real noisy. tub bearing was going out (expensive fix). will see how long this one last.

We replaced a nasty front load with this top load unit and it is great. Occasionally it has issues with heavy blankets and the load needs to be adjusted during spin cycle, but otherwise it has no issues with standard laundry.

If you are a big load type of person though, I don't recommend this washer even though it can fit it. This is due to how the low profile blades work. They don't agitate soap as much as the bigger fin ones do. Overall it is a great value and will pay for itself in no time.

My only complaint is that I'm not exactly sure what/how the bedding/waterproof cycle works because it leaves my sheets/towels or whatever I put in there completely soaking wet. I've had to put them on the regular cycle, BUT all in all, great washer. Can't wait until we can figure out all of the settings!
