Never spins the clothes dry enough, I usually have to run a separate spin cycle. Get the Agitator. I do a lot of laundry the model just doesn’t get my clothes as clean as I would like. Unlike you wash small loads, but it a high capacity machine.

Great washing Maschine. Multiple different load choices for different fabrics for conditions. Quick wish will clean small loads in 31 minutes. You can do deep wash, deep fill, with tons of options and take it up to a 3 hour ash. Tons of options. Vcleans clothes very well.

Because my washer is located in my basement, I have had problems with water being removed from the clothes during the spin cycle. This washer does a much better job of water removal as well as doing an excellent job of cleaning.

This washer is HUGE!!! We have a family of five and I was washing clothes daily. This washer can hold a weeks worth of laundry at one time. The only thing that I am more excited about is Best Buy and their amazing customer service. Their install people arrived on time and were very friendly.

I had an older but working washer but decided I wanted a matching set. After a lot of research I decided that this was the best washer for my family. It wasn't the cheapest washer but it had a nice capacity and I could get a matching set and I like the idea of the fingerprint list stainless steel. However I've had many problems with this washer since I bought it in January. Although I have a 3-year warranty on it through Best buy the manufacturer makes you go through them before they allow you to use your Best buy warranty. I have had repairman out to my house to fix it four times now. They've replaced almost every single part there is in it. Now although it is working again at some point someone snipped the wire harness that controls the temperature. So I now have to have someone come out again to fix the temperature. Although the repairman that they send out our polite there have been multiple weeks throughout the year that I've been without a washing machine. For my family of five that does not work. At this point I feel like they put so much money into parts and repairmen it would have been cheaper for them just to give me a new washing machine. I'm very unimpressed with the Samsung washing machine and for the price I paid for it it should have lasted me for years.

I've enjoyed using my new washer. I've had to adjust to the high efficiency washer. Figuring out the amount of laundry detergent and softener has been interesting! The washer is a lot larger than I have been used to, so I'm getting used to that! Overall, I'm very happy with the washer!

Moving back to a top load washer from a front load washer. Easy to hook up and easy to use. The whole family is happy. No more strange odors that we were getting from the old washer. Nice features too.

Washer has been awesome, able to do large loads for us. Are floor is slightly uneven in the laundry room, and even with leveling the feet with our old washer had quite a bit of vibration. This washer levels itself and does not have it. Only complaint is it is a little louder then what we are used to

Out of box item... great washing machine at considerable savings over normal price. Best Buy crew was very efficient and helpful in completing the transaction and loading the item, which was a little difficult for my vehicle (van side door).

Surprisingly this machine is easy to operate and simple to use. the most difficult items are the getting use to the pouring of liquid detergent into a container and the familiarity of determining which wash cycle to use for your batch of wash.

It was such a great experience to put my King Size comforter into this machine and still had room for more. The large capacity machine allows me to do any size wash. Before I had to take my comforter elsewhere to get it clean now I can wash it from home every other week if I want and that just makes me so happy.

This washing machine is like me coming from Mayberry and going to Star Trek. I get a "Beam Me Up, Scottie" feeling everytime I use this machine. It washes EVERYTHING! I have never been able to wash everything at one time. New times, new machine, for a new me.

This machine is huge! I’m quite short and I need to stand on a 4” platform to reach into the bottom of the drum. Seems to be very efficient, but the cycles take a very long time to complete (almost 2 hours). The design is sleek and contemporary.

It's amazing how technology appear to ease the burden of the simplest activity. Lifting nearly dry clothes from its drum pleases me the most after witnessing it determining the load's capacity. I surely have recommended this washer to my friends.

Love this washer. I do about two to three loads of laundry a day. My clothes and towels smell amazing! The most important thing for me is keeping my work clothes looking new. My Darks look great after they are washed. No soap left over.

Used for more than a year now. It works great. When I bought it, middle of covid, availability of washers and dryers were a problem. Glad I bought it anyway, fast and quiet. End of program music is annoying but you can disable it.

I love this washer. i really like the quick wash. its done washing in like approx 30 minutes. I can fit my comforter in the wash with plenty of room. That is a big plus for me. the black stainless looks very nice. I am very pleased with the set.
