My wife and I had been on extensive research of washer and dryer. The ease of making adjustments to certain loads is really remarkable. I do recommend like in any other purchases to read the manuals. We still haven’t used all the features but look forward to them in the near future.

This oversized washer fits perfectly in my laundry room. The extra large tub allows me to wash larger loads, which cuts down on time for laundry. Love the fingerprint resistance as well. This is also a pretty quite machine. Great value!

Easy to follow operation instructions on face of washer and dryer. Easy clean out lint trap. Nice pre-scrub stain remover option and separate water line for steam release in dryer to ease wrinkles. Selections speed up laundry day. Easy wipe down cleanup keeps the pair looking great.

This washer replaced my 15 year old washer. We decided to try the impeller style because our agitor was messing up our clothes. The washer is wonderful. It still gets the clothes clean. I used the see through door the see how it worked. The clothes smell great after one wash.

High efficiency is an understatement. Pleased we went with a top load versus front load unit. Installation noted the front load sometimes develops a smell from the water. The rapid spin cycle extracts a ton of water so we use less gas to dry.

This Samsung 5.0 Cu. Ft. 12 cycle washer is definitely one of the best washers that I have ever purchased. The variety of wash options are great. It cleans really well. Love the end of cycle tunes. The black stainless steel resistant fingerprint is awesome. I absolutely love it.

Works great when the cycle doesn't get off balance. I follow all the directions according to the manual and it still keeps happening. Sadly more often. I must have it serviced under warranty now.

I’ll have to say yes so far I like the washer very good it washed my clothes very clean and has a large capacity much larger than my old washer very quiet and very efficient

Have only had for a month so o can not say how reliable they will be, but works great so far. Not very loud which is nice and i really like the simulated black stainless look. Also the top section being plastic is a really good idea considering most washers rust at the top.

Great machine and will hold a lot but Works better with smaller loads. If I could do it again, I would have just purchased the front loading machine vs. this one. The agitation when loading anything more than a medium load appears to not wash a well.

First off I love the look they look elegant no matter the space. Second they work amazing I upgraded from an older Samsung set and the super speed cycle is great for a quick wash! Love the set and will stick with them until the end

We have used this for a little over a month and have no complaints. There are a lot of options for customizing cycles. While it's not completely quiet, it's much more quiet then the Kenmore that I replaced. So far seems like a really good machine for the money.

My last Samsung washer blew up on me literally it was recalled but I got this as a replacement and love it so far! Very quiet and does its job! Love the hand wash option on it also.

got a great deal from BB. Washer has been amazing and washing large bedding has been so much easier without the old agitators. definitely recommend. The delivery team was also awesome, arriving on time and did a excellent job installing and taking it down to the basement. thanks.

I’m giving this 4 stars only because I feel there is a strange odor that that comes from the machine when not in use. I always leave the lid open so it doesn’t get moldy. Easy to use, gets clothes clean and gets odors out of clothes.

Pretty big and deep but sometimes doesn't balance properly based upon the items in it and you have to readjust. It is also a little louder than expected. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

Great washer for a 5 person household. I do at least one to two loads of laundry per day and it’s one of the quickest washers I’ve had. Clothes get cleaned expeditiously, what more can I ask for? Got the matching dryer as well; both are well loved.

Having bought this pair of Machines just over a year ago, we were very happy with the Samsung Washer & Dryer. The Work very well and get the closes clean. The only complain is the Cycles take longer than our other machines.

Efficient and easy to operate. Extremely roomy and clothes come out looking clean.

Debated about giving 3 stars, but it does wash my clothes good. What it doesn’t do at all is wash my daughter’s cloth diapers at all. We pre soak, do two heavy duty washes and the cloth diapers don’t get clean. Tried powder, liquid and pods.
