We got the washer and dryer together. It’s amazing and I really love that I can wash large loads of laundry and comforters that I couldn’t from home before. It’s super quick and customizable. It can be a little overwhelming with all the different options at first.

Having bought this pair of Machines just over a year ago, we were very happy with the Samsung Washer & Dryer. The Work very well and get the closes clean. The only complain is the Cycles take longer than our other machines.

It does what it's designed to do. Took some time to figure out the proper settings to reduce the amount of water retained in the load but it does a great job getting things clean. We have to leave the lid open to avoid any odd smells, not sure what that's about.

I love this washer! To be fair, my previous one was 12 years old so I might just be in awe of all the bells and whistles this one offers because of that. Haven't used all of the options or done a cleaning yet but I'm happy with this purchase. Only annoyance I have is water puddles in the detergent tray. The instructions state to leave the door open until the tub dries so pull the tray out and empty it after each wash too so bacteria (if possible) doesn't form in there.

samsung you are the bomb! I mean it, I take laundry very seriously! I purchased this set in February and I cannot say enough about the set!! The dryer has steam! The washer is agitatorless which is awesome for keeping clothing healthy for the long haul!

This is awesome! The capacity is great so I don’t have to do laundry but once a week for me and my husband! Only thing I don’t like is it doesn’t save settings from prior wash. I do everything in cold water and it wants to do hot when I turn it on.

Great washer. Does a great job cleaning and doesn't get stinky like front loading washers do. Small people might have trouble reaching to the bottom of the drum oh, it is big and deep and can wash a lot of clothes

We like the washer but we only bought because our 18 month old Samsung (earlier addition of this one) broke and the repairs were more than a new one---lots of software in these---be careful during storms, even a surge can blow the parts....

Beautiful machine and works well. Use the deep water level for everything you can. Do not purchase if you are short. I am 4'10" and can't reach the bottom even on a step ladder. BUT if you are tall enough this is a wonderful machine.

I’ll have to say yes so far I like the washer very good it washed my clothes very clean and has a large capacity much larger than my old washer very quiet and very efficient

We had the front loading Samsung washer and it was great. This one is better in every way. It has more capacity. It is a bit louder than a front loader but not really a big deal. We have the matching dryer and they look great with the black stainless steel.

Required purchase because prior 15 year old washer threw in the towel. Having said that I didn't have much time to research all brands and vendors. So, just started going to local appliance stores and Best Buy presented the overall best options.

The laundry capacity in this W&D set is mind blowing compared to what I had before. Also, it's super quiet and there's tons of options for different types of fabric, but everything is self explanatory so you're not overwhelmed with the vast amount of options.

Was nervous about an impeller machine after reading so many mixed reviews, but I LOVE this machine! My husband is a machinist and even his work clothes wash well. Love the little tune it plays instead of a buzzer to let you know it’s finished.

Washer works excellent. The only negative aspect of this washer is that my wife is short and she needs a stool to get the clothes out. It does not bother her at all that she needs a stool. It does the work and that's what is important!

Quiet washer that thoroughly washes and cleans. Easy to use with all the settings you could ever need. Sleek looks make it easy on the eyes and the quiet cycles make it easy to wash clothes while heading to bed with washer on the bedroom level of the house.

Awesome product. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Super easy to use. Best Buy installers did an amazing job. They unloaded both the washer and dryer, hooked them up, and then walked us through how to use each unit. Wonderful experience.

This washing machine seems to be getting the job done so far. Haven't had it that long yet, so will have to see how it will hold up in the long run. There are a lot of electrical components with this dryer so it could be expensive to fix if they don't hold up.

I bought this washer and dryer to replace a pair of some 15 year old machines during Best Buy's great sales event. I am glad I did it ! The quality of the washed stuff is just great ! It is quite and efficient. Good value for the money !!!

Many options, easy to setup and use. Quiet and smooth. Wish they would include the hot and cold water lines with the machine. Only complaint so far is I see white spots on dark clothes occasionally I'm guessing from leftover soap.
