Great washer. Does a great job cleaning and doesn't get stinky like front loading washers do. Small people might have trouble reaching to the bottom of the drum oh, it is big and deep and can wash a lot of clothes

Just what I was looking for. Size is great. Color is great. Very sleek looking. Plays a cool tune at the end of the cycle.

Love this washer. I like the way you can put the right amount of soap and softener or bleach instead of dumping more than you need in it like my wife does so it should save me money on soap and softener. I think it washes good to not have an agitator also.

This washing machine does a good job at getting the clothes clean. It senses the level and weight of the clothes and there is almost too many available settings. As a 5’0” woman, I cannot reach the bottom of the basin. I have to use a step stool. Something to consider.

We got the washer and dryer together. It’s amazing and I really love that I can wash large loads of laundry and comforters that I couldn’t from home before. It’s super quick and customizable. It can be a little overwhelming with all the different options at first.

It does what it's designed to do. Took some time to figure out the proper settings to reduce the amount of water retained in the load but it does a great job getting things clean. We have to leave the lid open to avoid any odd smells, not sure what that's about.

Beautiful machine and works well. Use the deep water level for everything you can. Do not purchase if you are short. I am 4'10" and can't reach the bottom even on a step ladder. BUT if you are tall enough this is a wonderful machine.

samsung you are the bomb! I mean it, I take laundry very seriously! I purchased this set in February and I cannot say enough about the set!! The dryer has steam! The washer is agitatorless which is awesome for keeping clothing healthy for the long haul!

We like the washer but we only bought because our 18 month old Samsung (earlier addition of this one) broke and the repairs were more than a new one---lots of software in these---be careful during storms, even a surge can blow the parts....

This is awesome! The capacity is great so I don’t have to do laundry but once a week for me and my husband! Only thing I don’t like is it doesn’t save settings from prior wash. I do everything in cold water and it wants to do hot when I turn it on.

I love this washer! To be fair, my previous one was 12 years old so I might just be in awe of all the bells and whistles this one offers because of that. Haven't used all of the options or done a cleaning yet but I'm happy with this purchase. Only annoyance I have is water puddles in the detergent tray. The instructions state to leave the door open until the tub dries so pull the tray out and empty it after each wash too so bacteria (if possible) doesn't form in there.

So far so good . Install went great, fits great in our space and cleans cloths as advertised. I like the amount of options it has for different types of laundry. most of all my wife likes it

Required purchase because prior 15 year old washer threw in the towel. Having said that I didn't have much time to research all brands and vendors. So, just started going to local appliance stores and Best Buy presented the overall best options.

We had the front loading Samsung washer and it was great. This one is better in every way. It has more capacity. It is a bit louder than a front loader but not really a big deal. We have the matching dryer and they look great with the black stainless steel.

Washer works excellent. The only negative aspect of this washer is that my wife is short and she needs a stool to get the clothes out. It does not bother her at all that she needs a stool. It does the work and that's what is important!

Was nervous about an impeller machine after reading so many mixed reviews, but I LOVE this machine! My husband is a machinist and even his work clothes wash well. Love the little tune it plays instead of a buzzer to let you know it’s finished.

The laundry capacity in this W&D set is mind blowing compared to what I had before. Also, it's super quiet and there's tons of options for different types of fabric, but everything is self explanatory so you're not overwhelmed with the vast amount of options.

This is a replacement for a Maytag I bought that didn’t last 3 years. So far this washer is excellent. Great size, amazing quality of the machine and works really well. The only thing I need is the matching dryer.

Great upgrade from our last washer! It's fast and actually cleans our clothes. My fiance works as a mechanic so clean clothes have never been an easy feat for our washers but this one gets the job done!
