We love this washer! Definitely uses less water than our old washer and has a HUGE capacity for larger laundry loads. All the extra cycles available make it so much easier to accommodate different coil levels and material types.

Great upgrade from our last washer! It's fast and actually cleans our clothes. My fiance works as a mechanic so clean clothes have never been an easy feat for our washers but this one gets the job done!

I bought this washer and dryer to replace a pair of some 15 year old machines during Best Buy's great sales event. I am glad I did it ! The quality of the washed stuff is just great ! It is quite and efficient. Good value for the money !!!

So far so good I like that it has a lot of space to put the biggest comforters that I own for a king size bed. This is used for a family of 4 big loads. Clothes well washed many cycle options. A good buy.

Awesome product. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Super easy to use. Best Buy installers did an amazing job. They unloaded both the washer and dryer, hooked them up, and then walked us through how to use each unit. Wonderful experience.

The washer is nice, it has enough room to easily wash larger items such as comforters and blanket. It has multiple settings you can chose from and has an automatic sensor on how much water is needed based of the about of items you put in it.

This washing machine seems to be getting the job done so far. Haven't had it that long yet, so will have to see how it will hold up in the long run. There are a lot of electrical components with this dryer so it could be expensive to fix if they don't hold up.

Absolutely love my new washer. The spin cycle is fabulous, the clothes feel nearly dry when done. Machine noise is very minimal while running. I think this is the best washer I've ever owned and it was on sale !

Love it! SO many options for features, lots of levels / increments for changing settings, super high performance but very low noise. A great buy! Bought the matching dryer too - great set and great value!

Love this washer. Had a few issues (dings upon delivery) but Best Buy quickly rectified. Dryer works really great I love how quiet it is. So far seems to be doing the job it’s supposed to be doing

We really love our new washer and dryer! Our only problem is trying to find enough places in the house to hang our hang dry items. The washer is so big and can wash so much more than we used to be able to. It sure cuts down on our laundry time!

Absolutely love this washer! Fits a great amount of clothes or towels and washes them efficiently. I’ve had absolutely no problems with this washer , I would highly recommend.

Washer is very sleek and works good. I was surprised by how quite it is. My only issue is it doesn’t fill with enough water unless you chose the “deep fill” option. Other than that, I’m happy with it.

Larger Capacity than I thought, but it still fits in my small space. Technicians were polite and helpful. I'm not good for reading directions but this machine's buttons are self-explanatory and easy to operate. I'm glas I made the purchase.

This the first upgrade washer I purchased vs the old “type” this washer is so quite has a big tub to put a lot clothes my wife washes less loads. Very happy with this purchase not to mention we got great deal from Best Buy

I have used this machine approximately 25 times and would say it’s wonderful! It has a large capacity and many options to choose. I also like that I can specify each load based on the settings that are automatically recommended.

This washer has all the options you need and settings for all types of washes. It’s huge and it can easily wash a king sized comforter. It has a nice bin to store softeners as well. Great sleek look too.

I love how easy it is to use. The basket is deep so if you’re short then it may be a challenge for you to grab all your laundry on bottom to pull out. Other than that, works great. I’ve only had this for a month so I can update later.

Wife and I have heard bad things about Samsung appliances, but were pursuaded by a friend to try their washer and dryer. So far we’ve been impressed. We’ve had front loading LG washer/dryer for 10+ years. Happy with the Samsung top loaders.

LOVE it! I was concerned because of how deep it is because I'm only 5ft tall, but I have been able to take everything out if I am standing on my toes and that's not that big of a deal to me. You can fit a lot of clothes and it cleans them well!
