Love it! This was a much needed upgrade and has not disappointed. The over capacity tub and multiple wash cycles are awesome. I purchased it as set with the matching dryer and I’m so glad I did.

A slick looking washer that does the job wonderfully! I love the deep fill option, as well as the extra large capacity! We have a family of 6 so this beast is handling more than it’s fair share!

It fits a CA king sized comforter. Took me a little while to get used to laundry taking twice as long to wash but the matching dryer is quick. Really good also if you like a song when your laundry is done as it sings to you.

We've owned the Samsung-5.0 Cu washer a little over a month and have done several loads of laundry, so far it has worked great. When it runs the cycles are very quiet. Love the little jingle it plays at the end of a cycle.

I normally do not submit reviews. Especially bad ones however, 2 years in our washer needs replaced. When using the washer we get the UB error. Then it shakes very loudly. We never overload the washer and it does not matter what kind of material we wash. We Had it diagnosed by Best Buy who was great but the suspension rods and wire harness need replaced which is going to cost roughly $500. Research says this is common with this brand of washer. Upsetting that we got the only 2 years out of this washer. Normal use. We will be replacing and staying away from Samsung.

I love my new Samsung washer! The new technology to use it was easy to learn. Our clothes seem to wash cleaner than our previous set which was not a Samsung. I like the different settings and it determines how much water to use.

I absolutely love this washer. It has so many options Set up was very easy. I was looking for a washer that could wash a king size comforter and this one can easily wash this comforter without any problems

This machine is fantastic! I’ve had it for just over a month and I’ve had no issues using it multiple times a week. Plus, it’s easy to use and leaves clothes super clean. Definitely recommend!

It’s a good washer. It functions well and is way more convenient than a front loader. Some of the settings are a little annoying. It’s frustrating that you can only use certain functions in various modes.

Good washer with no issues so far. Functions great and seems to clean well. Has a cool active jet feature to hand wash items if need be. Seems well built and hopeful it will last long.

Just bought this washer and I absolutely love it, I’ve had front loading top of the line and nothing compares to the room you get in this washer along with all the features it offers. Easy to work and the steam feature is great for stains.

I bought this to use temporarily until it goes to a rental house, but I may keep it now! The basket is huge and holds bedspreads and other large items, there are so many options for all types of clothing and other items.

The washer and dryer pair were delivered yesterday by two awesome deliverymen. While we love the dryer, the washer is loud during the wash cycle. It sounded like plastic grinding against plastic, or something ramping up back and forth. It grew louder the heavier the load was, but even during small loads we could hear it. This was surprising because we saw so many reviews about how quiet it was. Outside of this, it did a great job cleaning our clothes. Best Buy was great and we are exchanging the washer for another. Hopefully the first one was just a dud.

I went from a stocker to Toploader again, after experiences of mold smell and motor going bad after a short period of ownership. The Samsung is easy to use and easy to load.

I used to own an LG washer and dryer set. The washer went bad after 7 years and ended up trying the Samsung. So far it’s much better and more efficient than my LG and has more features. Hopefully it will last longer than my old one.

I love this washer! I didn’t think I would like it because it didn’t have an agitator but I have been very pleased with my decision. Definitely would reccommend.

Beautiful, black, gorgeous, stainless washing machine. Gets the job done, specially if you have long, heavy bed covers. No more need to force shut the door on your washer.

Upgraded to this washer and very pleased so far. Very smart and quiet, uses just enough water to get job done. Very good options and is huge. I was able to wash entire sofa covering in one load and it came out clean.

My new Samsung washer and dryer both work as expected. They are both high capacity so we spend less time with better results doing our laundry. The installation team worked quickly and professionally and we are very satisfied.

Washer works great. Has a large load capacity and also a 30 min wash time for smaller less dirty items. We love it..also 200.00 cheaper at Best buy on sale sale as compared to Home Depot on sale.
