Love it! Purchased this washer to replace former one that had developed a mold problem. This modrl has more features and fits right in with my 7 year od dryef.

Love this washer, I’ve had it for 11 months and no problems at all so far. You do need to make sure not to overfill the softener basin or it will leave spots on the clothing.

Love many things about this item. First you can do any size load in this huge machine . It senses the amount and size of your load . So you aren’t wasting water . Lots of great load options

This washer is awesome! Inside is very spacious, you can do a lot of clothes at once. This helps cut down the amount of time spent doing laundry = more time with family! Highly recommended!

The delivery and hookup process along with the removal of our old machine went smoothly according to my better half. As to date, the machine is performing well.

Have been using the machine for about a month now and am very pleased with it. The drum is very large and not having a rotator in the center allows you to wash a lot of clothes, linens, or other items in one load. The machine is "smart"...balancing the load before the wash cycle, adding the correct amount of water for the size, and slow spinning with periodic stops during the spin cycle so the items remain balanced. The washer has numerous settings that cover every possible wash option.

It has a lot of options that can be hard to sift through, but everything else about it is great. Dark color really looks nice, and we love the song it sings when it’s finished rather than a loud noise.

So much better than our old front-loading washer or whatever you call them. Now we can just dump our hamper's contents into the washer easy peasy. Also, look how nice it looks.

We just bought a house and obviously needed a washer and dryer. This washer is awesome. Has great features, can fit huge loads, andddd it’s a nice, slick, clack color, so it’s aesthetically pleasing as well

We bought this washer for our new home and absolutely love it. Uses just the right amount of water and we can hear when it’s done from upstairs which is great.

This thing is awesome! You can fit a lot in there and it automatically senses how much water to use. Sometimes it takes a while to wash (1.5 hrs+) but it really works!

I've had it for a while now and I will say you can't go wrong with this one.. Delivery was smooth and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

This is a great washer but if you are less than 5’5” you will not be able to reach the bottom! It’s efficient and does a great job. Except for the stretch for the bottom it’s amazing

This is our first washer and it works great. Still have a lot of different features we haven't tried yet but I think it has all the right capabilities. It's also bigger than I thought!

Ive had this washer for some time now, and at first it was a learning curve where it shouldn't have been (maybe it was just me). it has soo many options and sensors and productivity advances, that you want to take advantage of it all. after trial and error and a few attempts, I am a PRO of washing clothes. I love how energy efficient it is, and how it doesn't use much water unless you prefer it to. I LOVE that you can turn that annoying "done jingle" that all other Samsung wash appliances has... its literally like a whole 1 minute song that plays until you either get your clothes, or it finishes. other than that, I wouldn't trade it for the world.

I have had front and top load but they all suffered from one thing, capacity. This washer doesn't, you can wash you king size comforter without a problem. the finish is also nice and easy to clean.

I’m not sure what other people are having issues with. I set this up myself and installation was extremely easy. The washer is quiet and works great! I love the sleek black of the washer

Good design, the only flaw is the detergent drawer sometimes pops open during use, not sure if its not clicking shut when quickly swapping laundry. otherwise a quiet efficient unit.

So far so good. We recently purchased this washing machine to replace a Whirpool front loader. This machine holds much more laundry than our older front loader. The black stainless steel looks awesome.

This is my first time buying a top loader having purchased two front loaders, loving it so far. The space inside is so huge that it can contain the whole house wash load at once. Best!! Yomi
