Surprised that it works so well without an agitator! We have loved this washer sooooo much more than our previous set and are big fans of the Samsung brand now !

This washer is awesome! It does not have a agitator and that makes it more safe for your clothes. It has tons of settings and it’s amazing!!

I purchased this Samsung washing machine, model #WA50R5400AV, exactly 2 years ago for $877. It was more than I wanted to spend but you know what they say, “you get what you pay for”. Ugh… I had high hopes for this expensive thing what can I say. It did work pretty well for a little while. Like countless others have reported, about two weeks ago it began having problems with the load becoming unbalanced. When the load is at the final stretch where it goes into the spin cycle it begins to shake then goes into a violent shaking frenzy and the display shows the code “UB” or “UR”. It then will refill with water to attempt to correct the balance issue and then the unbalanced issue starts all over again. As recommended we would pause the washer rearrange the laundry and allow it to attempt to complete but the cycle would just repeat. So we would have to turn off the unit, remove some soaking wet items, even everything out, turn it back on and turn the dial to ‘spin only’ and keep our fingers and toes crossed that it would finally complete the very necessary spin cycle. We have done all that has been recommended. We tried recalibrating. We make sure to keep the loads smaller. We made sure the washer itself was balanced on even floor with nothing touching it. As recommended we thoroughly checked the tub making sure there wasn’t anything stuck in there like coins, debris or whatever. I contacted Best Buy but the cost of having someone come out to diagnose the issue on top of the potential repair costs was not affordable at this time. So I did some research on what exactly the issue could be. I discovered countless reviews of others with the same exact issue with the exact same Samsung washing machine model. Like countless others before me with the same exact experience I purchased 4 replacement suspension rods. It wasn’t exactly easy but after watching a few DIY videos I was able to replace the suspension rods myself. I was so proud of myself and it seemed to have worked…at first…this is Until today! Once again the washer is reporting the error code “UB”. Back to the drawing board I guess!! Ugh beyond disappointing!!

I was looking for a washer that could handle larger loads then my current washer. This was a great fit for what I was looking for.

Was worried about the washer not having an agitator but it seems to be cleaning just as good as previous washers we’ve had. Love the size and being able to see inside.

this washer is wonderful. Don't even know its running, very quite and has large drum to hold a lot of closes. Has a wide selection for the different types of washes.

Love my new washer. The capacity in this is great for comforters and larger loads. Love the little chime at end of the cycle to let me know it’s done!

Love it ! I am glad I got the 5.0 instead of the 4.5. Top load is better than the front loaders that hold water and smell.

I have a family of 6 and this machine keeps up with the demand. Large tub, can fit my king sized comforter. Clothes get clean and easy to use. Love it!!

Just what I needed for a family of 7. I am able to do larger loads of laundry and even wash our king sized bed spread.

Washer works perfect was just a complication at the store with wrong labels. And when they brought it out it had a big dent in the bottom

This is a great washer for taller people. If short, you might need a step stool to get everything out! I can do huge loads of laundry compared to what I had before.

Great washer! Love all the options for washing. Heavily soiled clothes always took 2-3 washes and thus one does it the first time.

This washing machine is great. It has a large capacity and variety of settings. It does take more time than an average machine, but it seems worth it.

It washes the clothes great no complaints so far I’m in love with this washing machine. It’s nice and deep and can even was a king size comforter.

Samsung - 5.0 Cu. Ft. 10-Cycle Top-Loading Washer - White: So far so good. First time to have a washer without the agitator. Time will tell how well it cleans.
