I love my new washer it’s so mesmerizing! I just stand there and look thru the glass and watch my clothes wash away! It’s very quiet and does such a good job!

Nice and big fits my king size comforter with no problems. I'm a samsung buyer for tvs and now will extend it other appliances. Love it

one year in and no issues, I leave the lid open to dry out after washes. takes big loads. the fabric softener part has been leaking out

Good top loader. I liked the faster wash cycle of a front loader, but this washer is a beast. Must have for large family.

Great washer. We replaced a very old front-load style washer with this and don't regret going to a top load. Overall the functions, features and performance of this are good. I think it has a good price point as well. Plenty of wash cycles, balance and sound levels are decent, and it looks really sleek. The only problem we have with the washer is it will struggle to wash multiple comforters at once. So we just have to do them one at a time (we have two twin beds). Not a big deal.

Takes a little getting use to not having a agitator in the washer. Like having the extra space in the washer. Having the self cleaning option is a plus.

I love my new washing machine. It works great for small or large loads and everything in between. I also love that it doesn’t show all the fingerprints.

Love the loading size. I can fit close to 2 normal loads worth and they feel totally cleaned. Love all the settings to realize customize each load.

This machine is a disaster. I love all things Samsung, but this machine is so "sensored up" that it's the dumbest machine I've ever owned. Number one, the top load part is easy enough except for the place you have to put the detergent and softener. Its under the back end of the lid and nearly the softener empties before the machine starts. The settings themselves are pretty intuitive. But that's where the good stops. Once you hit the start button/arrow, the machine locks and the tub agitates back and forth to assess the load of dry clothes. After about 20 minutes of "assessing" the load it begins to add SOME water, but never enough water to get all the clothes wet. The only way to get a deeper fill (as the deep fill button still doesn't get all the clothes wet) is to completely TURN OFF the power to the machine, wait, turn power back on, machine will calculate the weight again but this time since SOME of the clothes got wet, the machine will assess that there are more clothes and give you more water, but ONLY after it drains the first batch of water. (YOU TIRED YET? Trust me we are just getting started) So now you are monitoring the depth of water, which still isn't over the top of the clothes, but you trust there is enough to get the clothes clean. WRONG!!! The machine cycles through, many times pausing to calculate the water and agitate the clothes from the bottom, but the clothes never change position. They just swish back and forth and the clothes on top stay on top (not touching much water) and the clothes on the bottom stay on the bottom. Now by this time you are thinking, God just get me through this cycle. After it decides its time to rinse, now there is no softener in the machine, so you can hit the pause button to unlock the top, pour in your softener, and start up again and you think PHEW... It's almost done. WRONG. You wait and wait and wait for the spinning to stop only to realize that there are white streaks across your dark pants and this is with LIQUID detergent, the smallest amount. OMG so you go to wash a second time, with extra rinse and now you have spent almost THREE hours babysitting and trying to outthink the dang machine. Now I open the lid and manage to reach some of the clothes. But I'm only 5'3" and even with a step ladder I still had to place half my body INTO the machine to reach the clothes at the bottom. I even used my dad's long reaching pincher gadget to get the remaining items plastered against the bottom. The matching dryer was not much better. I am sending them back, as Best Buy takes them back, no questions asked, if done within 15 days. I purchased the LG front loads on pedestals and they will be delivered when they take away the Samsungs. Please Samsung, take this one off the market.

The washer is amazing, it gets the job done in a very well fashion and doesn’t take much time, it is overall a great product!
