Takes a little getting use to not having a agitator in the washer. Like having the extra space in the washer. Having the self cleaning option is a plus.

I can actually fit my comforter with a small load of clothes at the same time. Gets the job done !

After years of hand-me-down appliances, it's nice to have a modern, high tech washer. It's so quiet, you can hardly tell it's running!

Easy to use, display looks complicated but is easy to learn. Power button very sensitive, a light tap is all that’s needed.

This machine is a disaster. I love all things Samsung, but this machine is so "sensored up" that it's the dumbest machine I've ever owned. Number one, the top load part is easy enough except for the place you have to put the detergent and softener. Its under the back end of the lid and nearly the softener empties before the machine starts. The settings themselves are pretty intuitive. But that's where the good stops. Once you hit the start button/arrow, the machine locks and the tub agitates back and forth to assess the load of dry clothes. After about 20 minutes of "assessing" the load it begins to add SOME water, but never enough water to get all the clothes wet. The only way to get a deeper fill (as the deep fill button still doesn't get all the clothes wet) is to completely TURN OFF the power to the machine, wait, turn power back on, machine will calculate the weight again but this time since SOME of the clothes got wet, the machine will assess that there are more clothes and give you more water, but ONLY after it drains the first batch of water. (YOU TIRED YET? Trust me we are just getting started) So now you are monitoring the depth of water, which still isn't over the top of the clothes, but you trust there is enough to get the clothes clean. WRONG!!! The machine cycles through, many times pausing to calculate the water and agitate the clothes from the bottom, but the clothes never change position. They just swish back and forth and the clothes on top stay on top (not touching much water) and the clothes on the bottom stay on the bottom. Now by this time you are thinking, God just get me through this cycle. After it decides its time to rinse, now there is no softener in the machine, so you can hit the pause button to unlock the top, pour in your softener, and start up again and you think PHEW... It's almost done. WRONG. You wait and wait and wait for the spinning to stop only to realize that there are white streaks across your dark pants and this is with LIQUID detergent, the smallest amount. OMG so you go to wash a second time, with extra rinse and now you have spent almost THREE hours babysitting and trying to outthink the dang machine. Now I open the lid and manage to reach some of the clothes. But I'm only 5'3" and even with a step ladder I still had to place half my body INTO the machine to reach the clothes at the bottom. I even used my dad's long reaching pincher gadget to get the remaining items plastered against the bottom. The matching dryer was not much better. I am sending them back, as Best Buy takes them back, no questions asked, if done within 15 days. I purchased the LG front loads on pedestals and they will be delivered when they take away the Samsungs. Please Samsung, take this one off the market.

the cycles seem too long, especially when you add fabric softener. However nice and big, almost need a step latter for getting stuff out

New washer and dryer.. work really well. No more GE for us. BB associate, installers etc were wonderful (says wife).

Love how much clothes we can put into this washer. The speed wash is great. I can’t speak on longevity with this washer yet but for now it’s been great!

Bought this on black Friday special for our new house. Extremely efficient washer and we love the faucet feature at the top.

Love this washer. But the only hang up is it gets unbalanced a lot which in turn takes forever to get done and it continues to fill and drain.

Works great like most new high efficiency washers there is not a full tub of water but 10 loads in works great every time
