I bought this washing machine after a lot of research. I bought it during the Presidents Day sale. It has a great price for the quality. And it fits our king size comforters! By the way its super easy to use. Last but most impact: It does its job and washes our clothes great.

So far after owning a week this washing machine was a great choice. Very quiet, gets clothes very clean and easy to use. We have put it to the test after selling old one and waiting for new one. The dirty clothes grows very quickly but this washer handles very big loads with ease.

Love the drum and impeller. Much nicer without the agitator. The 5.0 size is very large, much larger than what we needed BUT the washer will self adjust, weighing (?) the load and will pour in only the amount of water needed so no water waste, which is a relief. The cycles seem longer than my old washer, but my clothes, towels and bath rugs have all come out very clean. Several choices for wash, # of rinses, length of spin - couldn’t be happier with the purchase! We’ve done about 30 loads since the purchase on 5/20 - and are very pleased with the performance. The machine is quiet during all cycles, a definite plus. It looks great and so far has provided awesome performance. I would recommend this Samsung washer. Very happy with our purchase.

I am loving this washing machine. I will tell you why and also the things that I don't like about it, but it still is worth every penny I spent. This will get your clothes clean. I had a Samsung front loader before this, it was 4.5 years old. It started banging which my husband said was because it needed new shocks or arms or something. But I already hated that machine; I never felt like my clothes were getting clean, it didn't seem to use enough water to wash so I would add an extra rinse but even then it wasn't doing a good job. Plus it was ALWAYS stinky, gunked up with grossness and always needed to be wiped down and even then it was just yuck. So I searched for a top loader. Didn't want to go with Samsung since I was unhappy with that front loader but this one got good reviews across multiple sites so I pulled the trigger. So glad I did. First load I did were towels that I used to calibrate the machine per the manual's start up instructions. They came out so much softer and smelled clean; the amount of lint in the dryer was shocking. The first few loads I did I kept fairly average sized but I have increased the amount of clothes I wash each load and I have no issues with unbalanced loads. I do put the clothes in as if there were an agitator in there, I don't know if people are just dumping in a huge basket and that's why they are having problems. I don't feel comfortable filling the tub to the top with a load of clothes; it is huge! This machine definitely uses more water than my old front loader; our water bill went up $10, but I was doing a double rinse with the loads originally because I felt like everything was dirty from that old washer. Follow the instructions for set up. Also, don't trust Best Buy delivery people to set up your machine properly. They'll attach the hoses and make sure it runs and doesn't wobble but the won't actually level it using the proper tools; my husband had to level the machine, unkink the hoses, and he likes to use plumbers tape on the hose connection. If you are not handy hire a handyperson to come in and make sure it's installed correctly. I do find it odd that the rinse temp is the same as the wash; I may be missing something but I can't figure out a way to change that. So first time I washed in hot with 2 rinses plus fabric softener (which is basically a third rinse, I guess) I didn't have hot water for my shower. The soap dispenser is a joke. So flimsy, made of thin, cheap plastic. I use powder so I just dump it in the center of my clothes and I haven't had any issues. I do use it for fabric softener and it seems to work fine, it just is really cheap looking/feeling. But that and the rinse temp thing are the only 2 aspects I don't necessarily care for but neither is enough for me to say anything bad about. Hopefully this one will last longer than the old Samsung, stay stink free and keep cleaning my clothes as well in 5 years!

This machine works great. Gets all my clothes nice and clean. Super easy to use and is really quiet. Large capacity for the biggest bedding.

I am not bashing on this item, but there are a few things that bother me. 1) The lack of water to clothes. I get this machine is suppose to be "smart" and identify how much water you need, but I wish it filled up a little more than it does. I feel like some clothes does not get saturated enough to wash well. 2) I miss the agitator. Although my clothes comes out smelling great, I often wonder how clean it is. I washed a stained clothing piece. I threw it in without pre treatment and the stain was still present. MY 20+ washing machine that I just upgraded from use to remove stains without pre-treating and the agitator helped. So as much as I want to think my clothes is clean when I take them out of the washer, I certainly have reservations about the true meaning of clean clothes using this washer.

Works well, had to have the washer drain enlarged as the house had the old smaller version. There are many options on the washer that I will never use, and i am still trying to learn all the features. It does not go out of balance like my old GE did, it’s quiet, and clothes are clean.

My significant other (SO) and I just moved into an apartment and we needed a washer and dryer. My first thought was Best Buy because I know that their credit card program allows so many months financing with zero percent interest. We needed something normal sized but capable of handling larger loads because well life happens, and this set has yet to disappoint. The steam option on the dryer was an added bonus for the price and I truly can’t think of anything negative to say about the units. The price was great for a brand new set and using the delivery and installation service was remarkable they were quick, kind, and very courteous. The ONLY thing making this 4 instead of 5 stars was that we originally wanted the charcoal grey color but the back order placed the earliest date more than two months in the future. I am beyond happy with my experience, even with shopping during the Covid-19 pandemic. I will definitely turn to Best Buy for all of my tech needs and maybe in the future they’ll have more stock of the most desired brands/colors.

I’m in love with this washer! It gets everything so clean and it runs very quietly. I love the cup rinse feature. It’s very user friendly, and I can fit a whole king sized comforter in it without an issue. I’m so happy with my purchase.

The machine was delivered timely, but its back thin metal cover was very warped, perhaps as the result of bumping against something. Before accepting the product I was told by the delivery person (who was very courteous and efficient) that I could request a replacement washer and keep the current one in the meantime. Since the back metal cover purpose is to allow for easy servicing of the pulley, etc, and not to protect sensitive parts (my impression from servicing my own previous washers), I removed it to inspected the inside of the machine for any damage. There was none, and it was easy to straighten the cover back into its original general shape. So I accepted the product and have been very satisfied with it its performance. By following the instructions carefully, it has washed loads of all sizes of regular clothes without any problems, and also washed a queen comforter in the special cycle well without leaving any residues.

I actually think this washer performs great,unfortunately mine is in need of repair after just 21/2 years. I have learned that this product has known issues and repair is expensive i wish i had purchased external warranty

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE This washer! I had one of Samsung recall washer and I was unsure of purchasing another but after comparing and reading other reviews I went ahead and ordered it. So happy I did ,its super quiet and leaves clothes so nice and clean,the spinning part is also great my old washer would leave clothes still wet making my dryer work double, not anymore! :)

This is a great machine. I easily washed a queen- sized comforter and sheets in a single load with room to spare. I encourage those who buy this washer to read the manual to learn about the many features and settings. That will help you choose correct settings and learn how to adjust for your wash load. I have not had any surprises, and the more I use the washer, the more comfortable I am with all the features. The only drawback for me is the height. I am just under 5'1" and have to really stretch or stand on a child's step stool to get small items out of the bottom of the tub. No biggy, because of all the good points. It is also much quieter than my old front load washer. It is energy star rated. And the ability to wash many items in a single load is real time saver. Highly recommend!

Its been over a month and I love it. It cleans great. Its quiet and easy to use. The only thing I don't like it I have to wipe it off all the time due to finger smudges or hand prints. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

We have a house full of people. This machine can hold a lot of clothing and does an excellent job of cleaning. I like that you can view what's going on from the top and it's easy to pause the cycle to add items if necessary.

This washer is very easy to use and does a great job. Whether the load is big or small it is so easy to use. I am so glad I made this purchase. They actually take up a little less room that my old washer and dryer

Washes our clothes well. Cycles wash quietly. Easy to use. Choice of cycles are exactly what I need. Love the appearance of the washer and the see thru lid. I even like the chime it makes when the load has finished.

Bought this as open box on a day when BestBuy offer extra off their open box appliances, so was incredible deal. Its huge inside, but not much bigger on the outside than our previous one. Quiet ? are you kidding me ? first couple weeks i would have to go check to see if it was still working, as it was so whisper quiet. Also uses alot less water than my previous, though the washing cycles are longer if you use this option. There is a kinda useless smart feature advertised, for when the washer wants to tell you something. It flashes a number up on the washer and then you can scan than number into an app !!! i mean, seriously ? just look the number up. Not that i have had any numbers appear on my washer.

This machine exceeds all my expectations. East to use. Quiet. Clothes come out clean everytime with less soap and water than my old washer.

Can handle large loads and gets everything clean. Much quieter than my old washer. I'm very happy with my choice. And the installation was done quickly and professionally. Thank you.
