I needed a new washer and this was one was perfect. I love that it does not have the agitator - able to wash comforters at ease.

This washer has been such an upgrade over our past washer. Does large loads easily, a lot of variety in settings. Very pleased.

We have only had it a couple weeks and so far so good. But the only problem is that I can't reach the bottom of the drum to get our clothes out. I am 5'3". I lean all the way in and can grab it...but bc I have a medical condition, I can't keep doing that. So I reach in and use a back scratcher to pull stuff out lol. We are keeping it because it works well and the rest of the family doesn't have issues with the depth.

Strong,ultra quiet,modern.And Sofisticated. I wish I could clean clothes every minute of everyday. What a great washing contraption.

Great purchase I love the machine. It works very good. The hose is long enough to fit in my sink without pooping out.

The washer machine capacity is large enough for a king bedspread and blanket to be washed together

Nice dryer with plenty of features. Really conserves water.. almost to the point of questioning if it uses enough. Tried it based on Best Buy offering an extended plan to address lack of service techs to repair Samsung appliances... time will tell. Beware of the height with the lid open. Did not fit under our cabinetry but luckily the lid will open and stay raised resting against the cabinets. Also the tub is really deep and my side at 5-2 has trouble reaching clothes in the bottom Of the tub after washing.

I like the machine, I feel like it does a good job, however, I don’t like all of the settings more do I like how long the machine actually takes to wash clothes on a normal setting. Iv began only using the quick wash setting. I also don’t like how it’s constantly unbalanced and you have to be VERY particular as to what you wash in it so that the wash will complete

I have had these models in a past house and after finding out my sister was moving into a new house I bought them for her as well. I knew it would be a good purchase. Built well and they look amazing in person. With that said, I was less than excited about the delivery company that came to install these. One guy was quite rude and appeared to be unwilling to help with an slightly unusual installation for the dryer. Great items but like i said this installation left a bad taste in my mouth.

Works great! It has a good size tub , and what I enjoy it the most it is the fact that it is quiet!

Good quality and easy to use-I'm a bit short and have to tiptoe to get items from the bottom of the machine-still a great buy.
