This washer is fabulous! No agitator to mess up clothes & lots of space on the inside. I love the large capacity & the various loads. Most importantly, the clothes are clean & I look forward to laundry time ;)

Very happy overall with this washing machine. It replaced a GE Harmony high-capacity touch-screen machine I had purchased in 2004. I’m not sure if my 16-year-old machine had lost some of its power over the years or if this machine is just better technology, but I suspect it’s a combo of both. Wow, this thing gets your stuff clean! I threw a load of my daughter’s gross stuffed animals in it and they all came out looking and smelling brand new, and any stained clothes I pre-treat come out looking fabulous... I’m talking spots I couldn’t remove with my old washer, even with a 3-hour presoak! I should mention the drum size on this device, because it is ENORMOUS. I washed a king sized quilt w/all the sheets and pillowcases, and still had room! The machine did not go off balance, and the bedding was clean as could be afterwards. You’ll need to make sure your dryer can handle a very large load, though, as I found my high-capacity dryer (did not get this as part of a set; my old dryer works great) was not really able to handle the biggest loads I could fit into the washer. Also, short people be advised: I’m 5’5” and thanks to an ample bosom I cannot reach into the far bottom on the backside of this washer drum! Never thought that would be a problem, but I made a small step stool out of some scrap wood I had lying around to give me a 6” boost at the end of the washer to dryer transfer. Problem solved! The only cons on this machine (as far as I can tell after a couple dozen loads) are that it seems more difficult to program the exact wash sequence I desire than it was on my old GE touch screen washer. I bought this as a floor model to take advantage of a good discount, so I did not receive a manual, which may help with figuring out that issue (I’m hoping to find that manual online today). For instance, some loads allow the ‘pre-soak’ or ‘deep fill’ options, while others don’t. Also, if you put a larger load in for a quick wash, you’re likely to find that it takes longer than you initially expected after the washer ‘senses’ the load. It’s never more than a 20-30 minute difference, and I can certainly live with that in order to ensure I have clean things. One thing that was worth mentioning is the soft-close (LOVE THAT!) see-through lid this machine has. My whole family stood in the laundry room for nearly 40 minutes watching the machine do its thing on the day it arrived. It was quite funny to see my 3 and 8-yo so interested in a washer. :) I’ll be honest; I too had to watch it fill and start to agitate on the first 4-5 uses. lol I guess it was interesting since I had never owned anything but top-loaders in my life, and therefore until I purchased this one, I hadn’t seen what they do I guess? Who knows. So far I have one had one large load go out of balance, and all I had to do to correct it was press the start button for a few seconds. A feature I love on this machine is the ability to regulate the spin, rinse, soil, and temp cycles with more options than I was used to having. There are 5 variances from low to high so you can choose which temp, spin, etc you would like. The additional spin is great for particularly heavy items or loads. All in all, if you wash for a family of 4 or more and/or have a king-sized bed, this is great choice.

Works great. Holds a large amount of clothing. Easy to use and operate, has nice simple to use features. Runs quiet and efficient. I am tall and the drum is very deep.

It took me almost 2 years to make a decision on a washer and dryer but now that I have I couldn’t be happier...it’s very easy to use and you can choose all options...the decision to get one with or without an agitator was holding me up but this washer puts the water in in such a way the clothes get cleaned. Is quiet as well!!!

This is so sleek and classy!! We love this!! It's huge!!!!!!!!!! What was considered a xlarge load in our old one, is now just a medium size in this one!! Very quiet and easy easy to learn!! Love it!!!!

Works beautifully with 12 cycles to choose from plus your choice of water levels! Runs very quietly! Terrific capacity, easy to load and unload!

So far so good. We've had it for about a month. The machine capacity is quite large and handles the wash very well. Gets clothes nicely clean. Easy to use.

Its only been a week, but we love our new Samsung washer. It is tall! Measure first, but it sure does hold a lot of clothes and cleans them great!

Our purchase was on July 4, 2020 but delivery wasn't until late August, since chips for this washer are made in China. The washer is great, but beware the installers. Ours gave us a song and dance about not being able to break the plumbing connection to the old washer. He recommended I call a plumber. 90.00 later, the plumber was able to unhook the old connection with one hand. As for the washer, I couldn't be more pleased. Great big capacity for comforters and large loads. I can choose deep fill if I need to, but otherwise it uses little water and the clothes look great.

I was very skeptical buying a brand other then maytag, but the price was right on this set and the reviews showed very strong for being a good product. Other then the best buy employee bringing me the wrong washing machine out twice the buying experience was easy. Opted to install myself which was very easy. I am surprised for being and HE machine on how full the drum fills with water. Going from a 3.5cuft machine to this was definitely needed. It has many different functions that ill probably never use but no the less it was on sale and a good looking unit.

We switched from a front loading washer to the top loading washer. We absolutely love it!! Quiet, efficient and holds a ton of laundry. Love the athletic setting as well!

We just replaced our 12 year old washer and should of done sooner with the Samsung. This washer holds a lot and is very quiet. Easy to use and great value for the money.

Both our 10 year GE washers and dryers quit working within 2 weeks of each other. We looked at several brands and narrowed down our choices to LG and Samsung. After reading some not so positive reviews about LG, settled for this Samsung. Pros - Very quite Large capacity - handles almost 1.5 - 2.0 times of normal laundry Cleans great Handles Cal King Comforters easily Love the electronic controls, slight glow ring, etc. Cons - Little taller than my old washer. Need to adjust the laundry room closet shelves to accomodate this washer Short persons may find it difficult to reach the bottom

After having front loading washing machines and dealing with the odor and mold/mildew, we decided to get a top loader. This washing machine is as efficient as a front loader. The bowl moves one way and the bottom moves the other. It doesn't have an agitator, which concerned me at first, but our clothes come out so clean. Love it!

This washer is very quiet, large inside and cleans the clothes so well. Its a purchase that I don't regret at all.

From a design standpoint, the washer looks really nice and clean. Easy to use. What you have to understand about washers like these, meaning without an agitator, it uses the friction on other clothes to to clean clothes. We live in the city and do some gardening outside and it gets our clothes clean. Follow directions on how to wash comforter and it will clean them fine. My next washer, I would like a removable agitator, because each has advantages.

Quiet, efficient and large enough. This washer offers delayed start and vibration assistance. Lots of cycles but does wash long.

Huge fill basket! Like, small apartment size. If you are small and using a step ladder, you may fall in huge. Super easy to use though and gets the job done. I do wish it would fill higher as the water does not cover the clothes but I need to fiddle with the Deep Fill function more. Also, the jingle when it is done is quite ridiculous. It may as well play Mary Had a Little Lamb it is so long and annoying. Overall though this thing is pretty dope
