They do get clean and there seems to be less wear and tear on the clothes than with my old agitating washer. There is a lot less lint in the dryer lint trap then before… mark it ……hung jury…

Please go to page 35, 36, and 37 for the steps on how to change the cycle and the operation.
Also as per checking, the estimated annual electricity use of your washer is 120 kilowatt hours and the estimated annual operating cost is $9. The amperage is 15 and the voltage is 120.

I purchased this washer 3 years ago and it broke down. Most of the time when I buy large appliances I buy the maintenace insurance and have only used it once. So I didnt buy it this time. Bad mistake. I called Samsung and the cost to have them look at it and fix it is astronomical. Might as well buy a new one (after 3years only and little usage too). Like I said, I had not had problems with Samsung appliances until now and lesson learned in not buying a maintenance plan.
