Samsung Warranty sucks!

I purchased this washer 3 years ago and it broke down. Most of the time when I buy large appliances I buy the maintenace insurance and have only used it once. So I didnt buy it this time. Bad mistake. I called Samsung and the cost to have them look at it and fix it is astronomical. Might as well buy a new one (after 3years only and little usage too). Like I said, I had not had problems with Samsung appliances until now and lesson learned in not buying a maintenance plan.

I did my research about several washer machines and this is one was the best option in regards the size and price.. We are family of five and we do laundry a lot.. this washer always give the best result every time we wash clothes. I will recommend to buy installation kit (parts) and ask best buy team to do the installation.
