There’s no agitator inside this model. There’s a tray inside to load your soap & fabric softener. I don’t like that you have to select fabric softener with each wash (it won’t remember settings). Other than that it’s your basic washing machine.

Owner's manual needs a boost

We thought it was broken when it needed to be reset because a large load got it off balance. However, you need to wait... a long time... for this to reset. It would have been nice if the manual would have let us know to wait 15 minutes while it fixes itself! Still love the product.
