Great washer! Easy to unload! Quiet. Seems very efficient! Great so far. Had about a month!

The 3 main reasons I got this washer was because of the large capacity, the various options it has to customize each wash, and how quiet it can run when it starts. With two people in my apartment, the larger capacity means we can run fewer loads of laundry at once. I personally like how quiet it is because the washer/dryer area is close to my living room, so it's easier to ignore when watching something on TV. Overall, this washer does a great job of cleaning my clothes and these extra features make it worth the money for me.

Great washing machine. Many cycles which we are still trying to figure out. The machine is very quiet. You can hardly hear it running. The capacity is great because now we can wash our King Bed comforter without going to the dry cleaner. It also does great with gentle work clothes. Was hesitant to get one without an agitator but am pleasantly surprised. The only complaint is theres a button for fabric softener that you have to press for every cycle and I forget to press it.

I love how sleek this washer is. Its easy to use once you figure it all out. We've had it for about a week and I still keep the user manual handy. Its convenient how you never have to guess how much water you need for your load size. The washer uses the right amount according to the amount of clothes! The quick wash option washed my load of clothes in 30 mins and they came out clean and smelling fresh! I was amazed.

An easy review. Have now run about 50 various loads through. We alternate each between a couple of the leading brands of HE liquid detergent, a half scoop of OxyClean powder and usually some fabric softener unless it is a load of towels. I do my own clothes, my wife does hers. No arguments occur. I like the dark setting for color preservation, she prefers hot and a longer setting. We both agree clothes are looking, smelling and appear much cleaner than our replaced 15+ year old top loader. This Samsung holds more, is much quieter overall, washes better, less bunching if any, easier to load, has a larger better operating lid and emits a pleasing jingle when complete, which can be silenced. The tray for adding detergent and softener is well placed and simple to use. Controls are intuitive and easy to actuate. Even my garage towels come out pristine on the heavy duty setting. The installation went perfectly. The guys were careful, no bumps or new dings. All fittings carefully tightened and a quick cycle run to check for all functions and possible leaks, none. We removed our replaced unit first and cleaned the entire laundry room prior to installation for a fresh start. Also replaced the flexible metal vent exhaust tube on the dryer, since the access was available, needed it. Used my Ryobi high speed electric leaf blower to blow out the lint from under the dryer and through the house vent tube. Unreal and truly amazing amount of lint buildup cleared out. The dryer is noticeably more efficient and probably much safer now. We are talking a medium size trashcan of lint on the side of the house where the vent extrudes! In summary we are completely pleased with this purchase. I did go for the 5 year Best Buy warranty. Peace of mind since the bearings failed twice on our previous washer, once in warranty, once out.

This washer is so very nice. Large capacity and runs quietly. Simple to use, multiple settings. So glad I bought it.

After dealing with the pains of a front loader for the last several years, I opted for a top loader to keep from having to bend over and dropping clean clothes on the floor. I am amazed at all the different functions this washer offers and love how many clothes it is capable of washing at once. It does a great job cleaning the clothes and with there boys I am able to wash more clothes at once cutting down my time doing laundry.

Have had this washer and dryer set for about a month. Have been very satisfied far! Previously used front loading machines due to space constraints, and I was not a huge fan of those. There is no agitator in this washer, but I haven’t found that to be an issue. Does a great job! Large capacity, fits bulky bedding easily. Would recommend. Best Buy installation also did a fabulous job.

I am very pleased with the washing machine I purchased. The capacity on the inside is amazing. The previous washing machine I had was small on the inside and it was hard to wash my bedding. With this machine I can was larger items like all my bedding and comforters. What I also like about the machine is the overall size of it. The inside is bigger but the overall size is more compact.

This washer is amazing! I have absolute no complaints. I can fit my giant king size comforter in with plenty of room for my sheets. I also have tested washing my Great Danes bed in this washer and it did a great job washing it. I highly recommend this washer. I did have a Samsung front loader washer but the rubber seal gets absolutely disgusting. Top loader washers are the way!!!!

This washer has a nice capacity allowing me to put in all types of loads. It has tons of wash options for those who like to customize how something is washed according to its fabric. My clothes, towels, comforters, and sheets come out great. It's pretty quiet, too, and has a nice little ringtone when it's done. And I've even forgotten to take out items right away, and they still stayed fresh! Highly recommended!

This washer is amazing! Scared of breaking your old washer with your comforter? Don’t be this bad girl right here will wash that plus sheets plus more! I was also able to walk 3 large dog beds an some toys no problem. Very spacious, deep washer with tons of magic to wash anything with multiple settings and sings a lovely non-annoying lullaby when done. Quick loads small loads any load you Name it an it’s clean!

When researching this item I was very skeptical due to the amount of complaints Samsung had with their laundry appliances. Luckily, my worries faded away. The biggest thing is when you first get it, make sure to calibrate before washing it so it knows the original weight. I calibrated it and I have never had an issue with having too little or too much water. It does a great job getting the clothes clean. No rips or tears! I can say I would definitely buy again. I love the options on the washer. I love how quiet it is (unless you have a large load then you can hear it a tad bit). I am so happy we went with this washer. I couldn't find another I truly liked and this one fits the bill. Beautiful color, great selections and washes will

I’ve had this for about 2 weeks now and it has been working well. I was hesitant about it not having an agitator but it has washed very well. I was even able to wash my queen comforters. I like all the settings and adjustments the washer has including the water jet. It does take a while for a simple load to wash depending on weight and setting of washer but overall worth it.
