It was a bit of an adjustment from our nearly 30 yr old machine we purchased from Best Buy. We do like the ability to add extra spin cycles and rinses at a touch. Also the time indicator helps when timing loads and less trips downstairs to see where the cycle is at.

Our refrigerator was one wonderful purchase. All the products that we purchased were a Samsung. It did take a little of time for them to all get delivered and installed but we have them all now and we love our Samsung house!

Can't get it to fill proper amount of water

CONS: Can't get it to dispense the right amount of water always have to go back and make sure washer had enough water

The various cycles allow our tenants options between 50 cents and a dollar fifty based on the cycle time. If they try to underpay for a load, the washer locks the lid until more money is inserted. The cycle then picks up where it left off.
