We wanted too load to avoid the front load smell of stale laundry. The drum is deep and I almost fall over getting clothes out of it. There are quite a few settings to be able to clean clothes well and it connects to your smart phone to diagnose issues if needed. So far, so good.

Definitely the newest style of washer we’ve ever bought. So many different functions to choose from and we hardly ever do anything but the default cycle.

Purchased from an outlet store at about half the cost. Sometimes they can be a little loud and give us error codes but it has been easy to figure out what the issue is and trouble shoot ourselves. For the price we paid I can't complain.

Best buy always has a great selection and great price. Sales staff are always very helpful and friendly and very customer service awesome. Would highly recommend! The wife and I love our new washer and dryer and refrigerator. Great quality at a great price.

I love this machine. Clothes are CLEAN, REALLY CLEAN. Just got ashes a RUGGABLE that had a few pet stains (food) that were there for weeks. Rubbed a bit of Persil in, lowest level of warm wash. Like NEW! Love it! Hope it stands the test of time!

I had to switch to regular detergent to avoid this issue, and the detergent drawer leaks occasionally. The chime is loud and a bit excessive at times (lasts nearly 30 seconds). Other than that it works well.
