This washer has tons of space for large loads. Fairly quiet operation. Cleans well

So far, I really love this washing machine. I haven't had any issues with balance, my clothes coming out with dry spots, or my clothes coming out super wet or soapy. I can't say it cleans my clothes better than any other washing machine because my clothes are never really dirty, just every day funk and sweat. I can say it handled my king comforters with ease with some extras thrown in. I love that I can customize my wash to suit the needs of the load. The washer and dryer pair is also visually appealing, which contributed to why I purchased them. My only real complaint, if you can call it that, is the amount of time it takes for water to actually enter the tank. I understand why but it still threw me off in the beginning.

Oh man! The capacity of this washer is enormous. It will wash large comforters with ease. It is very easy to use. The pre-wash setting is great for tough stains and worked like a charm. This is very easy to use and great with the companion dryer, a must have set. Kids actually love to help with the laundry now. Be careful though not to get lost in that huge tub.

Wow this machine is awesome, yes it’s the best and the functionality is amazing. Now for the Black Stainless I’m very happy these two units ( washer & dryer ) pair are my BestBuy…. Our second Samsung. I love this one too but wish it had a sanitize wash. It seems all the sanitizing now is in the dryer with steam sanitize. I feel I have to choose deep fill option a lot because regular isn’t enough( maybe it’s me). Water conservation is the idea but not when it comes to cleaning laundry well. It’s huge, can wash a lot. Cleans well. Lots of options. Very happy with this purchase.

The washer runs great. The size is really nice, we are doing almost two loads to one compared to before and they have been coming out really clean! Only problem is I bought it for wifi but there is not any even though it said there is. Only thing it has is you can scan a code on it on your phone to troubleshoot if there are problems with it.

Have had washer for about 6 months now. Very impressed with noise level. Definitely gets clothing clean but for a very thorough cleaning it takes about 2 hours. The more options you put it seems to go up in 20 minute intervals. So the more soil, another spin or rinse and fabric softener gets you about an extra hour. Overall I’m happy with it though.

Handles the biggest loads of a busy family. Easy to use and operates very quietly.

I was concerned initially because I never had a washer without an agitator. That does not seem to present any problem. One main factor to be mindful of is the time it takes to wash clothes. Regular/Medium Load is minimum 56 minutes, Heavy load is 1 hour 36 minutes. Only a lightweight load should be used for a 30-minute wash, and without an agitator, the washer depends on its fast speed and a long wash cycle to get the dirt out from your clothes. I have gotten used to a longer than usual cycle, but it is something to consider if you regularly need to wash clothes at the last minute. It is highly recommended that at least one house member reads the guided manual thoroughly before using the washer; To work proficiently, the washer needs an initiation process to set the balance on the ground angle using the function on a keypad so that the spin tumbles evenly. But after that, nothing too fancy. It looks like a lot of options, but it is not after a couple of times.

We had a front load and after years of battling mold and mildew went back to a top load washer and we love it double led our capacity and is very easy and intuitive to use. There is a rumor that samsung are hard to work on when they break but I hope we dont have to find out at the time of this review have only had for 2 months so will see but as of right now 5 stars.

I replaced my older style top loading washer that had an agitator with this machine. Love the capacity I am able to do one load now that I normally would have had to do in two separate loads. The temperature, rinse, spin, and soil levels can be customized on most settings. The machine over all is pretty quiet. Definitely happy with my purchase

So far no problem. I am happy I purchased this Samsung washer. The drum is large enough to wash our queen size comforters and blankets. It washed our comforters very clean and with no residues. I like the multiple washing cycles. I like the active water jet. I liked the soft touch control. I am happy with this purchased

Bought this washer to replace the Ex large capacity Sears Kenmore I had for the last 29 years. I needed something large enough to wash my king sized bedding. I searched and compared washers for awhile now as my last washer was slowly dying. I finally settled on this Samsung and I am so happy I did! Having an impeller gives me more room than my last washer. My clothes come out cleaner. I love all the options for washing cycles, water temperature and number of rinse cycles. My king size comforter fits without a problem. I had read all the reviews with some stating the washer didn’t fill with enough water to properly cover/clean your clothes. You need to calibrate the machine when it is installed before you wash your first load of clothes, I did this and have not had a problem with not having enough water. The only thing that is taking time for me to get use to is the wash time as my old washer had a 25 minute wash cycle and this washer takes anywhere from an hour to over two hours depending on the size of the load and number of rinses but that is a small inconvenience that I am getting use to.

Do yourself a favor buy this washer with no regrets it is so quiet but very powerful. Clothes Linens and Kingsize comforters come out clean and fresh. Also this washer does wonders for active wear cleans very well with push through water jet technology it's amazing no agitator tearing up your clothes 1 year in no hiccups no regrets ...
