I’ve been using Samsung for the last 7 years now I believe as far as appliances and I have not been disappointed yet! I love it. Plus the black stainless steel was a big win for me. I’d be wanting it forever but it can be pretty pricey. Got lucky with this and the dryer!

This is a great washer if you want the larger size.

Easy to use, looks good, good features, well built

It can fit everything from your kid's dirty shirts to King size sheets. Runs really smooth and so far has nothing to complain. The only minor thing is for those unfamiliar with the display, or with a less than 100% vision, it can be a little tough to see the program setting. But once you get used to it, is no biggie.

This is one shiny washer! It’s very sleek looking. If you wanted an HE machine but don’t have the space to open from the front you can definitely use the this toploader. It works great. I would refer this washer to my friends and family. I’ve only had this machine for a couple of months but so far so very good.

The guy that’s to deliver the items came up to the mail box at the beginning of my driveway about 300 feet away from the house parked call me I did not get to the phone fast enough try calling him back he never pick up and just left. Making waste a day of my vacation waiting for nothing I called your office as he was pulling out they tried calling he didn’t pick up them the young lady was more interested in making excuses for the driver that helping me out she went as far as saying the drivers are not supposed to go up to the house. Then she said someone will call me back no one ever did. The second delivery guy just left everything I’m the middle of the room did not install as it was supposed to. I came back to New Jersey a date late to work because I had to wait 3 days for the next delivery date who is going to reimburse me for that.

I had to get the Samsung washer to go with the Samsung dryer. It has a big drum and I really like the top load feature. I have put some pretty large loads in there and it has cleaned everything inside every time. I can't say a bad thing about this washing machine. you will be happy you purchased this washer

Unfortunately I can't recommend this washing machine, it started off pretty good but right around the 1 year in we still having issues. It started leaving residue behind, dirt and started making the clothes smell bad. We followed all the instructions and did regular self cleans even prior the washing asking it needed. We tried everything we read online from cleaning with bleach, vinegar and nothing seemed to help. No one in the house works in construction or anything that would make the clothes super dirty(I work in a cleanroom so no issues there) Multiple in home visits didnt, tech would saying it just needs a clean mostly, one did replace a part with nothing helping. Finally one decided to have the washer taken apart and the inside of the washer had lots of build up, as if it had been used in 10 + years, tech couldn't believe it was only 1 year old. That finally got a us a replacement but now we are in the same cycle opening more service request. I know people before also mention if the drain line was not installed properly but 2 plumbers latter everything is fine on that side too.

This washer is a beauty and offers many options for different cycles. It works great! The only issue I had was after using it I noticed it only used hot water. So apparently when it got installed, the water lines were reversed. Once that was reversed correctly, it washes like a gem!

My last washer lasted me 33 years. Shopping for a new one was challenging as so much has changed. I liked the faucet inside the washer, very practical. The depth of the tub was a challenge for me being a short person. I liked the digital displays and the user manual was a great tool.

Purchased the washer dry set due to its multiple options and price point. Sadly I was very disappointed with the results. Within the first week I was running my clothes in the wash cycle twice to get them clean. I calibrated machine as was recommended and did not see improvement. Fortunately I purchased these at Best Buy and the exchange for Maytag. The exchange was super easy no hassle. Will forever by my appliances at Best Buy due to the ease of this transaction.

Many options and cycles, always tries to wash in warmer water than necessary. Had cycles where portions of clothes remain dry, need to watch the first few loads and adjust water if necessary, possibly using the deep fill function.
