It has worked for me so far because I found ways for it to work for me, I have had it for 7 months now. Was in a rush to find a washer so if you have time keep looking for one that suits you best. There are a few things that could make this washer 10x better. The pre soak option is not long enough in my opinion and it only works with normal wash not quick wash. A presoak setting by itself would be amazing! The normal wash setting doesn’t allow you to select fill tub option. I feel like the water fill isn’t enough sometimes. I’ll have to fill it with water with a bucket if I’m using hot water because the water dispenser only omits cold water.

The laundry gets clean really well with this washe. The load times are a bit longer than our old washer but when paired with the Samsung dryer it more than makes up for it because the spin cycle takes out most of the water which makes the drying time a lot less.

This beautiful sleek black washer looks very good in my home. I love the different options that automatically set when you choose a cycle. If you don't like the auto settings, you can choose water temp,number of times to rinse, or different spin cycle speeds. Bonus is the safety locks.

Just purchased this washer to pair with the dryer and it works flawlessly. Make sure you purchase the washer and dryer together, otherwise your expectations maybe less than satisfactory. That was our experience at least.

I like this washer. It lets you know when cleaning is needed for the washer. The only dislike is it doesn't remove enough water at the end of the washing cycle. I have to run the load through a Rinse cycle to get it to remove water. No drain cycle on washer.

This washer is top of the line! It’s so much better than the front load that we used to have that developed mold (yuck) and I love the Pre-soak especially with having a toddler!

So this was our first time owning a washing machine. It uses the appropriate amount if water. Also it does a great wash cycle in a short amount of time. And it doesnt leave the clothes soaking wet, so they dry more quickly with its matching partner dryer.. Its awesome.

I LOVE THIS WAS ALTHOUGH IT WAS REPLACING A 19 YEAR OLD WASHER I HAD THAT WAS STILL WORKING AND NEVER BROKE DOWN ON ME IT WAS TIME TO UPGRADE. I HAVE TO GET USED TO ALL THE NEW FEATURES BUT I LIKE IT. IT TAKES A LITTLE LONGER BUT THAT'S OK I HAVE CLEAN CLOTHES

Really great set! Efficient and high quality results from the washer. I returned another brand because it was too noisy, did not fill properly, and did not wash well. I like this one. The agitator actually moves the clothes and gets them clean

This washer Works great. Good size for bigger loads. Efficient. Delivered on time.

The washer doesn't spin dry the clothes enough. They come out wetter than my old washer. A little disappointing. The clothes take much longer... to dry which is not saving me money.

I bought this in August 2021. As of July 2024 it almost fails during every load, heavy or small. It keeps getting error codes UB / UR. No matter how I arrange the clothes. Luckily I have a home warranty that I can call to come and hopefully fix this junk.

My second Samsung Machine ,this one is a top loader. It save water on every load.All size of load ,hot and cold water setting.See through top with deep tub. We bought Sept.10/2019.The sales person at Best Buy were excellent.Would recommend this product to friends and family.

the only real downside so far is that the machine defaults to hot water wash and that is our least used setting , other than having to be careful to change the temp so we do not wash colors in hot water the machine works well . the machine is much more quiet than our old unit

We love our new washer! It was a huge upgrade compared to the washer we had before, so I just love all the bells and whistles (literally, it sings a little tune when the cycle is over. Simple yes, but it beats the loud buzzer our old one made!) We would certainly recommend!

We have used this washer for many years at my parents house and finally got our own matching washer and dryer for our own laundry room! We love the new design in addition to the nice deep basket to wash in! Affordable with just the right amount of settings not to crazy!

Good washer but did notice that some of my clothing ended up with holes after a couple months of use. It might have been due to the clothes getting caught up in the basket.

I love my new samsung washing machine. I set what I an washing and if I wasn't extra rinses put my laundry soap fabric softener and clothes in. I touch the start button and the machine does the rest. It is an energy saver and cleans my clothes .

I moved from an agitator washer to this washer, I found the agitator pulls items into the water better. Items with foam or inserts tend to float and so probably don't get cleaned as well as other items unless they are put on the bottom of the load.

Very spacious and takes large loads but I have trouble with the settings for different clothing articles...example depending on the size of the load I keep forgetting to set a large load in order for water to fill :(
