is good. works as advertised. needs to be routinely cleaned otherwise there’s a funky smell. idk if anyone else has had this issue. i’m going with it’s definitely something on my end.

I recently purchased a washer/dryer from Best Buy. The in-store service was excellent!! The black stainless steel was very (manly)!! The washer/dryer was/is easy to use and are very good products.

We only had the washer for a few days so we are just getting familiar with it’s many features. So far it works really well. Like the ability to control the water temperature, number if rinses and spinning.

Only thing I would change is the soap/ softener dish doesn’t pull out far enough. It’s perfectly workable, but it would be better if it just pulled out a bit farther while trying to dump in the soap and softener.

good washer, does a nice little jingle at the end to let you know it’s done (but you can turn that off if you’d like to). *side note: i’m 5’2” and I could reach the bottom :)

I love the top down washing machine for many reasons, mainly no odor. The drum is large enough for a king bedspread! I love it. It also self adjusts to the size of the load

I bought this in August 2021. As of July 2024 it almost fails during every load, heavy or small. It keeps getting error codes UB / UR. No matter how I arrange the clothes. Luckily I have a home warranty that I can call to come and hopefully fix this junk.

First time purchasing a washer and dryer & I'm so happy I went with this set! Both work amazingly and I haven't had any issues. Never thought I'd say this... but I enjoy doing laundry now. Thanks Best Buy!

I have 3 boys in my home and I do a TON of laundry. Great capacity and does well with bedding and waterproof stuff. Decently quiet, cycles take a while, but our clothes are clean. Very happy with this washer.

not bad at all washer and works well. this is a simple install and its free per best buy. def get the topload so that you dont run into problems with it leaking after repeated use

When you are used to an agitator washer, this is a big change to an impeller. Quiet. Takes a lot less water but more time to wash.

The guys who delivered the washer and dryer are awesome they come in and even install it in and take my old washer and dryer out for me, I didn’t even have to touch anything... Super Service. Keep up the great work.

Bought the set and I love them! Paid to have them delivered and installed and it it most certainly worth it. The delivery team did a great job setting them up and didn’t leave any mess.

I am still trying to make sure the loads are level. Choosing the correct loads for the wash cycles and making sure I touch the adding softener are a challenge that I will enjoy more when I am more used to them.

great product, no issues with the washer or dryer. I know it said it has a bigger drum which it does but I'm only 5'4 and I can barely reach the bottom of the drum on my tip toes so keep that in mind.

It was ver easy to purchase. There was a good selection. The pick up was very easy. Waiting for item to be available was the only bad part, still available before other stores could have it available.

Best Buy technician's installed the machine upstairs and didn't scratch or dent any of my walls. Have a brand new construction so you know I was looking at the walls.

Pretty good appliance, still working after 2 years so thats a plus.

Had a little trouble at first the first guy that came out did not hook it up right so I was with out for almost two weeks then the next guy came out did it like it was supposed to done and now I just love it

We love this set. We wish the washer didn’t take an hour to finish but allow for that. The dryer does a great job. Love the wrinkle prevention setting. Overall very happy.
