I am average height but still could not reach the clothes in the very bottom to get out. Best Buy was very good about understanding and exchanging it for another set.

I am seriously considering a return, because I am also unsure if there’s any water savings (we will see when the bill comes). While I like the preset options, I hate that changeing the water temp setting makes the was cycle at least an hour longer. It should NEVER take 2 hours to wash a load of clothes. I am one of those people who washes certain things in cold to maintain the durability and color of my clothes...so it’s been a bit challenging.

Also need to put a small piece of paper towel in detergent fill area to absorb water. It’s a nice washer.

I am very disappointed in the washer, because it is so big I can’t reach the bottom of the tub to get all my clothes out to put in the dryer. My husband will have to build a step or something for me to stand on to reach the bottom of the washer. Lesson learned, try before you buy. Disappointed

With this washer we can now fix all of it in one and not Worry about the spin cycle And it can easy handle it. Will be going back for the Dryer this weekend.

You will be hard pressed to find a washer within this size range and options for less money.

If you only have a tight space this might not work for you but overall easy install and surprisingly very light and was very easy to move upstairs. Nice work Samsung :)
