This is by far the washing machine I have ever used! I was a little intimidated when I started reading the users guide, and thought this would be too complicated... But I started using it I love it! Large capacity, does a great job, energy efficient, end of cycle tone. Its a great machine!

So far, so good! Cannot believe how quiet this machine is compared to the old one. Larger capacity makes the time spent on laundry much shorter than before. Delivery and setup was a great experience as well. Top notch professionals who were courteous, punctual, and helpful. Happy customer all around at this point.

Needed a new washer and Best Buy offered several in a price affordable to me. This Samsung offered all the features plus that I needed for my washing. The tub is large enough to wash comforters and after having a front loader for 13 years, I just love having a top loader. I chose one without an agitator and am extremely satisfied with the job it does.

Very large capacity washer that can handle a variety of loads including large comforters. The typical load takes about 35-40 minutes to complete. This unit uses very little water and clothes come out smelling clean. The look of the washer is very modern and clean. Overall no issues with washer and good purchase for the cost.

I used to sell front load washers and love the technology and the benefits with water and energy consumption but even with proper care, the smell and maintenance was just to much jmuntil now. Truly love this top loader from Samsung. Huge capacity while being efficient and does not have the smell like the front loaders do.

I really like this washing machine for the size. The only downfall is on a normal wash cycle it takes about an hour and 40 minutes if you add fabric softener to your wash but other than that I really like the washing machine. Also it do not have agitator but it's still get my clothes really clean.

Pretty happy that we picked this washer versus a front loader. It has so many washing options and is large enough to wash bedding. In over a year of having it our only issue has been that it can get off-balance and has to be reset. The manual that came with walks you through the reset so we have not had a paper service.

It is so quiet it is easy to forget it is on. So far I haven’t had to use all the functions, but it is fairly intuitive on how to use. I was so excited to get this without the agitator and I haven’t been disappointed. I also love that rather than a nerve jarring buzzer, it plays a little tune when it is done:

In the last month, we have done over 50 loads and love that it has a self-cleaning mode after every 20 loads. We have a puppy and after washing the dog bed and using the self-cleaning mode the hair hasn't transferred to the clothes. Great product!

2 weeks in and so much better than a front load (been through two frontload wirlpool brands). Been through ripped clothes, smell, noise, leaks etc... ditched whirlpool, ditched the frontload. My clothes are fresh and a noticeable difference visually also. Quiet clean quick. Dam went 15 yrs plus without this result

Really like this washer. I’m not a fan of front loaders because I don’t like have to bend over to pull wet clothes out. This washer works efficiently and cleans well. I like the water spout for pretreating and removing stains. One of the most quite washers I’ve owned and can’t hear it across the house like I could my old washer. Two thumbs up!

Our old washer gave out after 15 years. We were fortunate to purchase this Samsung top loading washer. The tub is huge! You can wash a bedspread in it easily. The washer is efficient and easy to use. Clothing comes out smelling fresh and clean!!!

Quiet and large for big loads and easy to use so very happy

I've never had a high efficiency washer before, so was really concerned about getting one. Something I learned about the HE washer from use is, HE refers to energy consumption, which means it can take longer than washers that aren't HE. I read the reviews on this one and again was concerned. People mentioned the alarm being a long, annoying song. You can turn that off easily, just read the manual. People mentioned how awkward it was to fill the soap tray. Okay, it is a little bit, but it's the same for all top-load HE washers. Someone complained that the fabric softener came out with the soap. Well, yes, just like in any other washer. Someone mentioned that there wasn't enough water. The only time there wasn't enough water for my laundry was when I was washing a comforter. You have to fold it a certain way, and I didn't. It is noisier than I expected, which I suspect is likely a trait of all HE washers. Read the instruction manual before you try to use it if you've never had a HE washer before. Also, don't install it yourself. Pay for the installation. It's totally worth it. I overloaded the washer. I put in what would have been 2 loads of laundry in one load for this washer. I hit "Deep Fill," and there was plenty of water. Everything got clean. The spin cycle was fine. The only issue was it took a very long time because of how big the load was. There's a "Super Speed" option that really cuts down the time, but I didn't select it for this load. I like to take my laundry out of the dryer and fold it and set it on top of the washer and dryer until I'm done. The top of the washer slants. It's challenging, but I can still fold and set my laundry on top. I just have to be careful and keep an eye on it in case it slides. I'm 5'4". I do have to really reach down to get the last sock out of the bottom of the tub. It's a big tub, though, so you kinda have to expect that. A little footstool helps.

I love this washer so much, it is so quiet and fits so much stuff in it. I also love that it saves my water bill so much by filling it up based on how much there is in it. It is does take longer than the other one I had, but I'd rather have something that works great and takes longer than doesn't get the job done! Great purchase!

Bought the combo washer and dryer and I must say I am very pleased. Bought a used washer when we first moved to Fayetteville and now that I owned this I wish I would have purchased sooner. Inside is huge that I was able to wash my california king sheets and other bedding. Handled washing my bfs wooled material blanket with ease.

Bought this online about 3 weeks ago. It is super quiet and saves a lot of water. Can wash all our clothes for a day in 1 load because its big and roomy. The super speed option saves a lot of time because it shortens the washing time. Very happy with my purchase.

The whole process is as familiar as it always has been. You place the articles that need washing into the bin. (It doesn't have an agitator which makes just dumping all of your clothes in a breeze). You use your detergent/softener/bleach of your choice, turn the knob on the left to choose your setting, and then hit the play button on the right side. The power and play button are capacitive touch which adds a nice feel of modernization. The lid has a window in case you want to see that your clothes are actually being washed. (Kidding) I sometimes use it to make sure that the soil level that I chose is adequate for the size of laundry that I dumped into the washer. You can change options like temperature, soil level, how many times it spins, etc... good level of variety. You get a chime indicating that your laundry is done. I haven't had a single problem with the washer. All in all, a great washing machine by Samsung
