I also washed 4 pillows in there no issues. I love the water “faucet” inside the machine very handy for washing hands and spit wash little details on the clothes before starting the machine. The only bad issue is if you have to change the cycle after the machine started to fill up the drum it will drain entirety before starting the new program consequently wasting all the soap.

I understand you issue with t he washer draining at the beginning of the cycle. I can explain. Your unit has a weight sensor for when it starts to make sure that it will be able to go all the way through the load as well as how much water to dispense. When there is already water in the drum before, The unit will begin a slow spin at the beginning to ensure you weigh is distributed properly and the water will throw the unit off balance. However, I am rating the washer as "fair" for the following reasons: 1. Cycles take a very long time 2. Preset options limit some further customizations such as temperature and soil 3. Must close lid before fill even starts 4. I pretty much always have to select the "Deep Fill" option which is only available on some of the presets 5. Gets off balance fairly easily even with small loads I have learned to work around these inconveniences and it is holding up fine, however, if I had known this before I more than likely would have chosen a different washing machine at a lower price.
