I really like this washer so far! It cleans so better than my previous one It is quiet and it has a lot of cycles to choose from . One of my complaints on my previous one was the water level never quite seemed like enough. This one uses the right amount and clothes clean well.

We found ourselves needing a larger capacity washer, and the choice came down to this model or an LG. Delivery was perfect and so far, the washer is a dream. Can handle any size load. Probably made the mistake of not upgrading the dryer at the same time and taking advantage of the package deal. Live and learn.

Love the machine. Have to get use to lining the clothes around the center. 2 years later: Having issues with the spin cycle. Calling to make an op point ent for service. Will give an update soon

This washer is easy to use and has a very large load capacity. The drum much quieter than a washer with an agitator in the middle and the laundry always smells clean with only filling up the detergent to the first line in a typical cup.

I purchased this Washer a year ago and really like it, it doesn't have an agitator in the middle, so clothes don't get the same rubbing together like older washers, but it does a decent job washing. the large capacity allows me to even wash comforters, rugs, pillows and the like. the worse problem with this washer is the fabric softener dispenser, when you pour it in the dispenser 90% of the time it runs right out onto the laundry. Lastly because this is a energy efficient machine, it's designed to save costs of usage. So when you wash it only dispenses 25% water in the machine, this causes your clothes to not all get wet and washed. I learned that I have to press "deep fill" to fill the washer up so that all the items can be wet and washed.

Great product, big capacity, quiet and fast, got a great deal with open box, works good as new. Very pleased

Delivered, placed perfect, old machine hauled away. So far we love this machine! Large capacity and oh so QUITE. Clothes come out clean. Very satisfied. Recommend if you need a new machine. Special feature with lid raised it has a spot rinse button very convenient. Also we use the quick wash option a lot.

My new washing machine is wonderful and my clothes are clean and smell good. I love the top loading feature and don't have to worry about mold forming in this washer like my old front loader. The washer is so quiet I don't even have to close the laundry room door.

Outstanding technology in this washer, easy to use and most of all efficiently cleans. Makes doing large loads, including quilts and comforters easy because of the capacity it allows. The transparent top allows you to easily monitor each cycle.

I bought this washing machine after reading some reviews. However, they neglected to say that they enjoy having a machine wash your laundry for 2+ hours. I was also in a hurry after waiting for 5 weeks for Pacific sales to reach a decision on whether or not my 3 year old LG would not repaired. I love Best Buy but the last year has been difficult to do business with them again. This machine has a lot of space for large loads. We have a dog and I am constantly washing sheets and towels. The issue is for each load that is supposed to run with the information you need for the cycle. It is STILL slow! I use the super speed on normal cycle on cold for each load. It cuts it to 137 minutes. Who has almost 2 hours to sit for each load? I will be fair and say that the clothes come out almost dry which is wonderful. Just my explanation for the 3 star rating

This washer does the job well and can handle very large loads of laundry. Not having the agitator has been great on more delicate items of clothing and clothes come out very clean. The number of settings is phenomenal. No matter the need, there is a setting for you.

Started out good but after 3years the UR error code started Samsung should recall all of these machines and give us our money back or a new washer. This is unacceptable won't be buying a Samsung again. I hear it's a easy fix but I don't trust to take a 1700 machine apart and shouldn't have to.

I love this washing machine. Very simple to use. At first it looked like a lot of lights and buttons but it turned out to be very easy to use. My laundry comes out clean feeling and smelling. I would recommend this washer. The service from Best Buy was also great when it was delivered.

I purchased this for my mom. The price was decent and it had great reviews. Her former washer use to blow out the lights, this machine, we forget is on. It is so quite. I love the simple choice settings. It also has a cute little tune that goes off when it’s finish.

Great machine! I swear I can put three loads of laundry in at one time and still have room. I have a king size bed and king size blankets that I used to have to take to the laundromat but not anymore. Plenty of settings for different needs and washes your items great.

Absolutely love this washing machine. The deep fill option is very helpful with big loads. I didn't like the tune it plays at the end of the cycle so once that was tuned off it has been the quietest machine I've had.

Love the see thru lid, love the color, love that it holds my king size bedding, it’s quiet, has large letters on the controls, easy to read and so easy to set controls. Love the water faucet inside to wet stains and scrub before you wash. Has a modern look.

Very happy with this washing machine. It is very easy to use and very efficient. The value was also very good as it was not the cheapest but much less then some other very expensive machines. Clothes have been coming out very clean and so far has been working great for us.

Cleans clothes very good and a lot of nice options, will certainly recommend it , before I had front loaders but I switched cause the front loaders tend to get mold around the rubber rim and it’s a pain to keep it clean every time u wash, top loader no mold problem.

Great purchase. This washer does not have the turbine in the tub like the others but it washes your close way better than other with the turbine. I was extremely pleased with this. It also has a touch screen and you can fit a lot of clothe in the tub!
