I’ve had mine for 2.5 years and it started to have trouble with the rinse/spin cycle as it kept restarting. So it would take sometimes 3 hours to wash a load of clothes. Or it would stop the cycle and start beeping due to the clothes being off balance. I called a repairman and he said with the Samsung top loaders it’s not worth repairing because the inside drum costs $600 to replace. Might as well get a new one. So frustrating!

I do not like that the washer leave markes in my white clothes and leaves the black ones looking dirty due to dust or something in the basin holes from it being new. Very upset that it makes the clothes look dirtier or ruins them
