Broken out of the box
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read all the great reviews here and took a chance on a Brand new 2019 model. My washer was DOA even though it filled/drained water. Confirmed with Samsung customer service it's broken. Hopefully tomorrow's delivery will fix this mess. I did own a previous 2017 Samsung washer in my old home and loved it which I also bought from Best Buy!!
