    this is without a doubt one of the best (no pun intended) purchases ever. I absolutely love my new washer .it has a brain of its own. no more standing waiting for the unbalanced load to stop the washer it balances the load all on its own. I just load the clothes set the temp and close the lid. I get so much more done now while doing laundry at the same time. Thanks Samsung

    This is a good washer but about three years in it messed up and I had to buy a new one and the cost to fix it by Samsung was basically the same as buying a new one.
