This review concerns what has transpired since. Product returned on Tuesday and as of today (Friday) I have no information on when the new one will be delivered. I was originally told it would take 24 hours to get rescheduled. Sixty hours later I was told it would take another 24-48 hours while “management “ figures out how to proceed. This is unacceptable and shows that Best Buy’s system is substandard. A competent system would have had me rescheduled within 24 hours. Very disappointing.
