But washing and drying takes almost 7 hours—it's a failure for Samsung. They'll probably improve, but for now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Poor customer service

I communicated through out the waiting for my delivery was told it was on its way. I called at 9pm to see what happened to my delivery was told my delivery was now going to be until next week and I was hung up on. Will never spend my money here again.

I Would Not Recommend This Machine

Both drain pumps needed to be replaced after about 11 months of use and it no longer dries clothes completely in one cycle. A additional and sometimes a 3rd time dry cycle is required. A service tech as been here numerous times to try and repair it.
