This has been a game changer to our life. I was skeptical at first, however after three months of operating this machine we found it to be energy saving simple to use saves time and cleans the clothes with no issues. We have three boys and our soil is very difficult to wash out because of the high iron content. The machine is quiet and smart. We opted for the delivery option and happy we did. They brought it upstairs for us. They made sure that they had disconnected the drum shipping bolts, polite and professional. The whole experience has been outstanding. Also important to note the 5.3 cu size is perfect for a family of three or five. Love it !!

This is an amazing appliance. I took off one star because it is HEAVY. This unit only requires a 120v outlet and does not require a dryer vent...AMAZING. If you have a tight space and need to do laundry, this unit is it. You do not need to have someone install a 240v outlet meaning you can free up a circuit or 2 in your panel. I installed a surge protected outlet to increase the protection of this amazing appliance from electrical gremlins. I just simply cannot get over the fact that I free up space in my laundry but more so, I can start a load of wash and go shopping and come home to dry laundry without doing a wet transfer to another appliance. While some cycles are longer than the usual 2-appliance process, taking out the need for additional hookups, a second appliance, an exhaust vent that lets cold air in during winter, it's a win, win, win, win, win. The unit is so quiet that you can leave the laundry door open and not even know it's running. When it dries, the unit barely gets warmer than the temperature in the room and it does not vent humidity out into the space either. Note: the drain hose is roughly 1" diameter meaning your drain connection will require a grommet to seal it...aside from weight, the smaller drain hose is the only con I have at this point. It is truly an amazing machine. It has an infinite number of cycle choices and can even be paused from your phone...why? I do not know but you can monitor your wash and be notified of any issues etc. heck, it can even play music for you via app, tell you weather by asking BIXBY and more. I picked up the machine and installed it myself with brute strength and highly recommend that everyone should pay for appliance delivery 110%.

2 months in and couldn’t be happier. I had a heat pump unit about 8 years ago that was junk… this is not that. Cloths come out warm like a vented dryer but way less energy. The auto door open is clever and effective. No more forgetting to switch laundry. Its very quiet. Not sure why some people say its noisy. The lint mesh is easy to clean with a handheld vacuum. The different cycles are great and the steam settings really work. I love the auto detergent and softener dispenser—so easy! Just put the cloths in, push start, and 3-4 hours later you have fresh dry cloths. Also its just gorgeous. You'll give your friends appliance envy for sure.

We absolutely love this machine. It has worked very well for us so far. Yes it does take a little longer than a regular washer and then dryer cycle… but it is ventless, so that’s to be expected. I love being able to throw a load of laundry in at night before bed and wake up to clean, dry clothes. It’s also convenient to throw laundry in before walking out the door for the day and not having to worry about the sitting in the washing machine for too long. I love the holding tanks for the softener and detergent, making it even more user friendly!
