Unless you are willing to spend 5-7 hours waiting for a complete load of laundry to be completed I do NOT recommend.

Not impressed or worth the money

It uses a TON of detergent and softener even when it is set to low. I’ve turned the fabric softener off so it doesn’t use any, and less than 24 hours later it is still empty. Even when it’s been turned off for every load. Trying to use the geek squad support that I paid for is even more difficult. I was really excited about this and I’m very disappointed

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.not happy at all. did not work. pushed start button and only made small noise. this unit is not made for anyone with handicap. detergent and fabric softner is loaded in very bottom. when i pushed the door open first time. latch broke. if purchased you need to make a bottom base to raise machine off of ground so you don't have to get on hands and knees to put in detergent.

I did my smart setup and it was very easy. I ran my first load of clothes in 1:30 Minutes. I opened the unit and the clothes were all dried perfectly. I was super happy and had to post this review right away. I would buy another, if the opportunity ever comes up again. I would recommend this to anyone that has issues moving clothes from the Washer to the Dryer. I am in love with this machine.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a lot of research before convincing my husband to buy this unit instead of two separate units. I'm really regretting our purchase and here is why: 1. It takes a minimum of 4-5 hours to do a full load of laundry on the basic wash cycle. If you need to add extra rinse or extra drying time it significantly increases. I didn't think this would be a big deal because it would force me to do a single load every day. We have a household of six that are very active in extra curriculars, so one load per day just isn't working! 2. We have had the device for maybe 4 months and we have already had two major issues with it, and with it being new technology trying to get someone to fix it or understand how to fix it, has been a major challenge. 3. You cannot put a pan underneath the device if it is upstairs. The door for the detergent is at the bottom and the pans block the door from opening to get the detergent and softener in the dispensers. 4. Advertised to hold 37 loads of detergent. That is COMPLETELY FALSE. It holds mabye 10 regular loads if you are lucky. 5. When the washer/dryer went down the 2nd time, the door lock can't be manually opened. So I have had kids clothes stuck in there for the last 6 days trying to get a technician to come out. 6. This is more trivial, but if you want the laundry room to look nice and finished, plan to add a construction project to your list. Since it only hooks up to electric and the water pipes, you have to close off the exhaust and gas lines that you wont be using. I have a brand new house that exposes a huge hole. Had I thought that part through, I would have went the traditional route with a separate washer and dryer. 6. Samsung's customer service is not great. I had a really hard time with the first representative that said he would be sending a part, the part never showed and now I have been without a machine for almost a week. I'm big on new technology and Samsung tends to be a leader in that regard, but this unit has created nothing but problems for me. I wish I waited fora few years before jumping into this innovation.

However, this is so convenient and has so many washing and drying options that plus it notifies me when done that this is a cool state-of-the- art machine. The app is easy. After every load, no matter the size, all of my clothes/sheets/pants are ridiculously wrinkled. Some of the clothes also will not be completely dry. The front panels of my machine broke almost immediately after purchase as well. I would absolutely not recommend this product!

We were able to Order, purchase insurance, get a pedestal for the unit, have our old appliances hauled away for $15.00 each, installation was free and I was even able to trade in some of my other samsung products for a credit up to $540. You can't go wrong with this type of service!

No steam refresh!

To be clear I'm in the middle of my first wash so I can't say anything about it's cleaning ability. But it's got no steam refresh, like at all. It's got steam wash and dry in multiple settings but those are between and hour and a half and 3 hours long. That's a wash, no refresh. Thus is nuts, all their other medium to top of the line dryers have this setting. This is the most advanced and expensive of their products and it doesn't have this simple function that's been around in their line for over a decade. This is something I use multiple times a day. Refresh a shirt I only wore in a video call or the store. Refresh throws for the couch. Fluff up pillows etc etc. I used this function more than actually washing clothes. I'm pretty irritated. The previous dryer that does this is still sitting in my living room and I'm thinking I might like it more. Contemplating this going back.

On high speed spin whenit initially starts speeding the basket wobbles real bad as if off balance then as it speeds up no wobble. When slowing down just as soin is ending it wobbles real bad again as if basket is out of balance. Had geek squad come out and said the machine seemed to have a defect, it was also making a ticking/clicking sound as it spin would slow. A new one was ordered by the tech. The replacememt one was installed this morning. I will give an update after we have used this one for a while.
