Broke after 6 months, 4 different repair men cant fix it

Great washer/dryer combo, especially how well it drys clothes. This ventless heat pump washer/dryer is very easy to operate, and on the super speed setting, completes a load in about 1.5 hours. I couldn't recommed it any higher. Considering that this is a ventless heat pump unit, its performance easily stands up to any old school gas or 240 volt electric washer and dryer and uses a lot less energy and does not have an hot air dryer exhaust. There are not disadvantages to owning this unit.

We replaced our Washer and Dryer with 2 of these bad boys and we couldn't be happier. I can't tell you how much of a godsend this unit is not having to switch loads. I initially was afraid that the time it takes to dry would be a problem, but with this unit, you dont have to switch the load, so whenever you get around to checking on the load, it is washed AND dried! If you only have room for one laundry unit, this is so much better than the skinny all in ones in apartments/condos. I also love being texted when the load is done. We used to be able to do 1 load per day. Wash. go upstairs. wait. Go downstairs. Move to dryer. go back upstairs. Wait. 1 load done. With the same number of trips up/down, we can do 4 loads!

I just got this machine today. I was skeptical about how it was going to perform. I did my smart setup and it was very easy. I ran my first load of clothes in 1:30 Minutes. I opened the unit and the clothes were all dried perfectly. I was super happy and had to post this review right away. I would buy another, if the opportunity ever comes up again. I would recommend this to anyone that has issues moving clothes from the Washer to the Dryer. I am in love with this machine.

Absolutely love this machine, I wasn’t sure how well it would work since it washes and dries but I will not go back to the traditional after having this one. It is the best thing they could have invented

Works great and easy to install! Is very heavy to get up stairs, but love that it runs off of a standard outlet.

The washer and all in one is perfect it dries and washes it has awesome features on it and we used them all but it's really good even let you know to clean the lint trap.

It was easy to operate and no obstruction inside the laundry room.

It's a good washer and dryer both a lot of the clothes come our a lot more wrinkled then in a standard dryer.

Been using this washer/dryer combo(ventless), apart from taking a bit longer time to dry the clothes which actually saves energy in return, this machine is one of the best depreciating investment I have bought.

Great appliance, heavy but take less space, easy to set up get the job done very well. quite. the only complain is the lenght of the cycles

I did a lot of research before convincing my husband to buy this unit instead of two separate units. I'm really regretting our purchase and here is why: 1. It takes a minimum of 4-5 hours to do a full load of laundry on the basic wash cycle. If you need to add extra rinse or extra drying time it significantly increases. I didn't think this would be a big deal because it would force me to do a single load every day. We have a household of six that are very active in extra curriculars, so one load per day just isn't working! 2. We have had the device for maybe 4 months and we have already had two major issues with it, and with it being new technology trying to get someone to fix it or understand how to fix it, has been a major challenge. 3. You cannot put a pan underneath the device if it is upstairs. The door for the detergent is at the bottom and the pans block the door from opening to get the detergent and softener in the dispensers. 4. Advertised to hold 37 loads of detergent. That is COMPLETELY FALSE. It holds mabye 10 regular loads if you are lucky. 5. When the washer/dryer went down the 2nd time, the door lock can't be manually opened. So I have had kids clothes stuck in there for the last 6 days trying to get a technician to come out. 6. This is more trivial, but if you want the laundry room to look nice and finished, plan to add a construction project to your list. Since it only hooks up to electric and the water pipes, you have to close off the exhaust and gas lines that you wont be using. I have a brand new house that exposes a huge hole. Had I thought that part through, I would have went the traditional route with a separate washer and dryer. 6. Samsung's customer service is not great. I had a really hard time with the first representative that said he would be sending a part, the part never showed and now I have been without a machine for almost a week. I'm big on new technology and Samsung tends to be a leader in that regard, but this unit has created nothing but problems for me. I wish I waited fora few years before jumping into this innovation.

Machine is good. Installers were great. I bought it on Labor Day. Returned and exchanged.

So, if high volume washing and drying is your thing i.e. you always have a load drying while you’re washing another load, probably not for you. However, this is so convenient and has so many washing and drying options that plus it notifies me when done that this is a cool state-of-the- art machine. The app is easy. The controls on the washer or my phone are easy to use. Love I.

Waited a little bit to review so I could use it. Works very well. Extremely quiet. Works just like your standard washer dryer.

That is everything that we thought it would be very pleased. Have to get used to the drying process takes a little longer but saves so much space it's worth it.

Great product, my clothes never before looked brand new as they are after wash and dry , convenient to wash and dry together, doesn’t take a lot of space in my kitchen. The only comment- very hard to close the bottom compartment where the soap and softener dispenses located

I like my combo! I'm getting more and more used to it's many features.
