After about a month of using this, I love it! Sure the cycle takes longer, but who cares? You don't have to change the load to the dryer, so you can throw it in overnight. Also our clothes are smelling better and feeling softer than ever!

I recently purchased the Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Washer and Dryer Combo and I can honestly say it’s the best appliance investment I have ever made. This machine is more than just a washer and a dryer; it’s a laundry automation system that gave me back precious time and sanity because I have a family with kids I also bought due to the traditional stacked unit was bulky, and the noise level was disruptive. Second, I am constantly busy and notorious for forgetting to move the wet laundry from the washer to the dryer and this has given me a sense of freedom as I am new in the city doing many things to adapt and to buy this appliance has helped me to save time. I recommend it as it's the upgrade your busy life needs

Honestly we got this because we have a verrrry small house and having a stackable unit (ours broke) took up more storage space that we could utilize. Being a family of four we always got busy while doing laundry that sometimes we would forget the laundry in the wash and have to rewash. So this has the convenience of not worrying about forgetting the clothes and them getting musty. The only hiccup we have with it is that sometimes (very rarely) is that the clothes wrap around each other and prevent it from drying properly. We have only had this for about a month but so far we love it and now we can have more storage above because its so compact!

Love this washer/dryer combo, makes life so much easier! Couldn’t recommend it enough! Love the app that lets me know when the cycle is done running so I know what’s going on with my laundry cycle when I’m out and about.

I was hesitant in buying this because it’s new technology and I don’t have any home requirements that require me to buy this unit. However, the idea of not moving clothes from a washer to dryer won me over. This unit works really well. It’s fast, it drys really well, it’s convenient. My only two complaint is that you have to empty the lint after each use and it has 2 filters to clean. You have to use a vacuum to clean the filters properly. Also, I’m supposed to have a drip pan under the unit for being on the 2nd story, and this unit doesn’t fit the traditional size drip pans.

I had my doubts when I first bought the all in one washer dryer, thinking it would take too long to wash, but those doubts quickly went away as doon as the second wash! Its so easy, you put your dirty clothes in and they come out clean and dry! I wish I had gotten this sooner!!!

Not going to lie the first loads took waaaay longer than i expected. Over 4 hours but once the machine updated it was more reasonable. I simply love how i can put the clothes in and forget about it. Another cool feature is how it automatically dispenses the amount of detergent and fsbric softner needed. We need a ventless dryer and now we got a 2 in 1 machine!

Though a whole new level of WOW, this machine delivers. All in One, but with many of its own unique features. the Size alone though a little longer and heaver, it has a small footprint for a tight closet with other plumbing considerations. The options to stop a cycle or to continue it with your own drying sheets is totally up to you. But without a separate electrical 3 pronged plug, I can plug this in anywhere I have water. Ventless, what I great way to keep the house warm and not have issues with critters or insects at a later date.

I love my combo washer and dryer, I only put my laundry and don’t worry about to put it in the dryer. Mostly I put it at night time and then it’s ready in the morning.

Best combo washer and dryer, i love it dont have to go unload my clothes into dryer like others. Eveday just put my dirty clothes into washer after work and when is enough for the load you just pushed start to washed and go do something else. When is done the door is open waiting for you to take it our and pur it away. Also another nice thing are you don't have to put your liquid detergent or liquid softener every times you washed. You just fill up one and done! When its need to fill it again it will indicate liquid detergent is low or need to fill Very convenience and easy. Another nice about it you don't need to have 240 voltage outlet or air vent

This item is excellent. you just have to try some of the settings to see what works best for you. It is quiet and the You tube videos help with learning the in and outs of the machine, the base is great because it has a drawer for your supplies. It does not say that in the description, so it was a bonus when they came and set it up.

Love this washer/dryer! The fact that we can put a load of cloths in go out or go to bed and not have to worry about wet clothes sitting in the washer is wonderful. Then having tanks for both detergent and fabric softener is so nice. Just throw in the clothes, hit start and walk away. Takes on average two and half hours from start to finish. Not much difference from before allowing for in the past had to go take the clothes out of the washer and then put them in the dryer. All told it is a great machine. And lol it freed up space in our utility room, enough that we added a utility sink didn't have before.

This has been a fantastic purchase! A true set it and forget it washer! Also the vent in our house was extremely far away from the dryer location so ventless was an awesome addition! Just be sure to clean the lint screen after every wash/dry cycle to keep it running at top performance!

We love this washer/dryer combo. Yes it might take longer for a load to get done, but the plus side to that is we'll never forgot a load in the washer again. No more sour clothes ever. Lol So far it's been a great appliance!

I love this machine! At first, it seems like the wash/dry cycle seems long but in reality it’s not any longer than than using a standard washer and dryer but you don’t have to get up to change the loads. The condenser can be challenging to clean.

Three weeks in and about 25 loads and I’m very pleased with my purchase. Cleans extremely well with lots of specific cycles for different items and types of materials. Extremely quiet. Intuitive to use the touch screen controls. I like the auto dispensers as it removes the clutter of having to deal with detergent every cycle. It did require an adjustment to how we do laundry due to being both a heat pump dryer and an all in one, but we acclimated quickly and the convince definitely outweighs the differences from traditional machines. Clothes come out completely dry. Was very heavy so that’s something to consider if you’re moving and installing it yourself, but it was doable.

Very energy efficient, will definitely save money on power and water bill. Ventless drying works great, clothing comes out fully dry, you can also program it to pause between cycles to add dryer sheets if wanted. Uses regular house plug socket not the high power ones that dryers normally use. Fill with detergent and softener once and that last for 40+ loads. Only potential issue is the combined cycle time can be extensive four plus hours sometimes. Washing smaller loads can reduce this down to two plus hours. All in all highly recommend.
