Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the 5.3 cu. ft. Bespoke AI Ventless Smart All-In-One Front Load Washer/Electric Dryer Combo's overall and drying performance, ease of use, quiet operation, roomy capacity, and convenient detergent dispenser. The design is also considered a beautiful touch. However, some customers have concerns about the long cycle times and the machine's heavy weight. Other less common issues include wrinkle reduction, overall size, and maintenance.

Amazed on how little water, electricity & soap use

Really like how it does wash and drying in the same unit. Like how it is ventless and runs on a standard outlet of 120 volt. Took a while to understand how to navigate the platform. Found out it is energy efficient and we are amazed how much water, electricity and soap we save. We really like our purchase.

It's a fantastic investment. You load everything in and forget about it—it’s truly game-changing. While it may take longer, you don’t have to lift a finger. Just put the clothes in, and by the time you wake up, it’s all done!

Whatva great machine. We purchased this to replace an aging Kenmore Elite series. No venting, 120v system seems to work well. Some learning curve as it operates differenty than a tradional washer/ dryer. Still learning to eliminate wrinkled jeans z

    Great machine with one drawback

It’s wonderful to not have to take the clothes out. The machine does a great job washing and drying clothes. We were suprised that it also doesn’t leave anything damp like our old washer; so we don’ worry about mold. It is also very cool how it doesn’t need a gas line or air duct which means we can save on air duct cleaning costs. The only thing that prevents 5 stars is the long cycle times. We have had cycles take 5 plus hours for some reason. That said, at least we can “set and forget” but if you have multiple loads to do it means you might literally be spending all day on laundry.

Was a little hesitant to purchase given the reviews. Good news is that its a set it and forget it appliance! Yes, if you have it set for the AI auto setting it takes Hours to complete depending on how soiled the items are. However, if you determine the settings, the wash and dry cycle are much shorter. We do not regret this purchase.

This is a great unit but beware that there is no manual unlock mechanism so if there is a system malfunction like what happened to us then you could have you clothes held hostage until the service tech comes. I has so much hope the the Korean tech who was connecting the mainboard through a laptop on our internet to the mothership in Korea still couldnt fix it and get my underwear out that had beed locked in there for over a week... the suggestion was to return it and that the Geek Squad would have the techical capability to unlock my undergarmets before returning the unit for exchange. I finally resorted to using a crowbar on Christmas Eve to pop the door open. Other than that it works great and we like it allot.

I was hesitant in buying this because it’s new technology and I don’t have any home requirements that require me to buy this unit. However, the idea of not moving clothes from a washer to dryer won me over. This unit works really well. It’s fast, it drys really well, it’s convenient. My only two complaint is that you have to empty the lint after each use and it has 2 filters to clean. You have to use a vacuum to clean the filters properly. Also, I’m supposed to have a drip pan under the unit for being on the 2nd story, and this unit doesn’t fit the traditional size drip pans.

After about a month of using this, I love it! Sure the cycle takes longer, but who cares? You don't have to change the load to the dryer, so you can throw it in overnight. Also our clothes are smelling better and feeling softer than ever!

Not going to lie the first loads took waaaay longer than i expected. Over 4 hours but once the machine updated it was more reasonable. I simply love how i can put the clothes in and forget about it. Another cool feature is how it automatically dispenses the amount of detergent and fsbric softner needed. We need a ventless dryer and now we got a 2 in 1 machine!

I've had this machine for a year now and still love it!! The only I wish is that I could set the dryer to different air temp settings (cool / hot). Works great on all my loads if I set the dryer to the 'more' setting to give it longer time. I usually use the speed wash cycle for most things except tennis shoes and bedding. Really glad I purchased it - it's been such a space saver!

The best washer dryer we have ever had. No drier vent needed and only requires a 110 power outlet. Just load it up set a finish time and let it do its thing!

I am very satisfied with the operation and effectiveness of the appliance and the options of several cycles. I am very happy for the opportunity to do the laundry in a more convenient space in the house in a single unit that is space efficient.

Even tho this machine take longer to wash and dry. its still a time saver. Dislike is drying need away of auto adding dryer sheets and the fight to get wrinkles out. The only thing that helps is leaving clothes on damp setting let the air dry on hangers

Love this washer/dryer! The fact that we can put a load of cloths in go out or go to bed and not have to worry about wet clothes sitting in the washer is wonderful. Then having tanks for both detergent and fabric softener is so nice. Just throw in the clothes, hit start and walk away. Takes on average two and half hours from start to finish. Not much difference from before allowing for in the past had to go take the clothes out of the washer and then put them in the dryer. All told it is a great machine. And lol it freed up space in our utility room, enough that we added a utility sink didn't have before.

We really love this machine. After the last 6 months it has had no issues and is such a space saver in our smaller laundry room. Not needing to remember to move the clothes to the dryer makes doing laundry 10 times better. Also no more need to use the external vent for the dryer is nice. Definitely recommend!

Best combo washer and dryer, i love it dont have to go unload my clothes into dryer like others. Eveday just put my dirty clothes into washer after work and when is enough for the load you just pushed start to washed and go do something else. When is done the door is open waiting for you to take it our and pur it away. Also another nice thing are you don't have to put your liquid detergent or liquid softener every times you washed. You just fill up one and done! When its need to fill it again it will indicate liquid detergent is low or need to fill Very convenience and easy. Another nice about it you don't need to have 240 voltage outlet or air vent
