    I purchased washer in early July, sales person said it would be delivered early August. Now we are being told it will not be delivered till October, meantime we still have to make payments for something we have not gotten.

    I have tried various settings and load sizes but the wash always comes out wrinkled. Items that I prefer to line dry are so wrinkled that I either have to iron them or toss them in the 20 minute steam dryer cycle which is problematic because some items have shrunk when doing the latter. I wish someone had mentioned this problem before I bought this washer so I wouldn’ t have bought it. With the pandemic and me being in my late 70’s, it seemed too much of a hassle to return it. However I do not like this washer and would not recommend it.

    I was super excited to upgrade my washer/dryer. To my disappointment, it does not clean the best nor can I reach all the way to the bottom (by that part is just me).

    This washer is designed poorly. In order to get the washed items out of it I must literally ”dive” into it to reach the clothing to remove them. It is too deep for easy retrieval making every load a hassle to remove. Additionally, it has recently begun making an extremely loud mechanical noise on the delicate cycle while it machine is filling with water. I will need to have this repaired. I read another owner of this machine citing the same problem. Using the steam and sanitary options results in a wash cycle lasting in excess of 2 hours so using what I thought would be a great feature is not worth it for regular laundry loads such as bathroom towels, etc.

    My washer was working fine, now something is wrong with the wash machine. I stay 3 hours away from the store i brought it from...they cant send nobody iyt to fix it. They want to hive me a store credit. I ask them if i do that, who is going to come pick up the washer, they said they will. I said well if you can come pick it up, why cant you have aomeone to come service the washer or bring me another one.....it they give me a full refund, they need to pick up the dryer also....i brought as a set. I should have went with another brand. I will never get Samsung again.

    Disappointed. Buyer remorse. I am 5’2 and cannot reach into bottom of machine. Worse still, I had read all reviews and even though I love Samsung, I did not heed the warnings. Does not fill well. Tops of larger loads are just barely damp. Where is the deep fill? When you add it yourself with a bucket. And if you are lucky it does not try to spin what it feels is extra water out. The impeller is a joke. If you cannot find an agitator at least buy front load. I just loved the champagne color. But that is it. Can you return it? NOT ON YOUR LIFE. HEED THE REVIEWS!

    I have had this washer for 1 week before it started to give me problem. Apparently it is a known fact with Samsung that this washer gets thrown out of balance when washing bedding. Thanks for the update after I purchased. Currently waiting 3 weeks for service while I bring my family of 7 laundry to laundry mat. Thanks Samsung, thanks Best Buy.

    After 1 year and 1 month (out of warranty) the electric connection started having issues. Lg would fix, so i have to fix out of pocket.... these are to expensive to not last.

    It’s one of the worst washers I ever had. I bought it in late April and two months later, I’m having issues. For example, when I do a quick wash, it usually takes about 30 minutes…within 15 minutes of washing, the water kept on running and running. I had to turn it off. It would not recommend this washer unless you want to deal with problems. Never again I would buy a Samsung washer. P.S The same thing happened to my bosses washer as well. GO FIGURE…

    After two loads it started making an awful noise, the dryer delivered at the same time was damaged. Paid almost two thousand dollars for these, as an elite plus member over the last few years, I an really disappointed

    I loved this washer when I first purchased it HOWEVER it constantly is shows u6 error code. It does not matter how much or how little I put in this washer it constantly is messing up. I would NEVER EVER PURCHASE THIS AGAIN!!!!

    I smell gas I called and no response I’m scared This dryer is not to my satisfaction. I’m not happy and with the gas smell I don’t use it.
